Tranquility at its best

This hotel exceeded my expectations the moment I arrived. Mikri Vigla is far away from Naxos port, but its isolated location has its benefits. The rooms are a short walk to quiet beaches, and not that far from the village either. You will need a vehicle if you want to see more of the island.
The views from my second floor room were gorgeous, and the furniture on the balcony was very comfortable. The room was equipped with a kitchenette and was cleaned every day.
The air conditioning is good - use it instead of keeping the windows open at night, otherwise you may get bit by mosquitos.
The hosts were fantastic - very friendly and welcoming. In all, it was a great stay and I hope I get the chance to return soon.

Orkos View Apartments, Mikri Vigla, Naxos

If you want to rest, this is the place. Far from the bustle, it's in a small town with beautiful beaches and clear waters. Don't expect a hotel. Orkos View is as rural as you can get, but it adds to the magic. It's a very basic apartment, but it's quiet and will give you plenty opportunity to view beautiful sunsets. It's a little pricey for what you get, considering it's Naxos and not supposed to be as expensive as Mykonos. But it's still worth it. Just take note that they take payments from your credit card after your stay. So if you booked on Booking.com in January to get a good rate, and you go there in August, the exchange rate might have changed significantly and might cost you. We ended paying 80 Euro more than we thought at the time when we made the booking. The owner, Maria is very friendly and very helpful. She's a great host and owns a lovely restaurant about 100m down the dirt road (There aren't tarred roads in Mikri Vigla, but it adds to the charm). She will assist with anything you ask and really makes one feel welcome.

Amazing views, peaceful location

If you are looking to relax, this is the perfect place. Very peaceful and easygoing.
One of the best beaches for surf and kite-surfing is close by so if you are into it...is the perfect spot!
Rent a car if you want to see anything else as it is a bit isolated, although you have a supermarket 10 minutes walking from the property.
The house is really clean but it needs some upgrades (furniture and bathroom)
Not expect to have a superhotel or something like that. Hotels in Greece are OK but quality vs price is lower than in other places.
Enjoy the view and the peace around!

Bel endroit

L'accès en voiture se fait par une route en terre poussiéreuse...la villa surplombe la mer... Les plages et les criques sont à quelques pas et chaque soir on profite du coucher de soleil.
Tous les jours le ménages les chambres et même....la vaisselle sont faits !! La cuisine est rudimentaire et la salle de bain manque d'un rideau de douche... Il y a juste un bac.
Rangement TV Internet ...prise anti moustiques tout y est.

Naxos

C'est un magnifique endroit,vue sur la mer,on traverse la rue et on est sur une belle plage La chambre est très bien,on vient nettoyer tous les jours,changer les linges et aussi les draps. Si vous aimez le calme,c'est lá ou il faut aller.
Les proprietaires des chambres ont un restaurant tout près ou on mange bien et c'est familial et sympathize.
