Exceptional experience
Our stay at Garifalakis Comfort Rooms was far more than a hotel stay, it was an experience that felt like being welcomed into a family.
Even before we arrived in Milos, Sophie went above and beyond to help us plan our trip. Traveling with a family of nine comes with plenty of logistics, and she patiently answered all of our questions, offered recommendations, and helped us organize our itinerary. Her kindness and responsiveness immediately put us at ease.
When we arrived at the port, Sophie and her brother Adonis were there waiting to greet us, and from that moment our Milos adventure started on the perfect note. Upon arrival at the hotel, Nektaria welcomed us with the warmest hug, making us feel instantly at home. Throughout our stay, she continually went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of and that our family was comfortable and happy.
What truly sets this place apart is the genuine hospitality. We were invited to share wine with the family, spending a wonderful evening chatting and learning more about Greek culture and life on the island. It was one of the highlights of our trip and something we’ll always remember.
The sweetest gesture was when they helped arrange a surprise birthday celebration for my moms 70th bday. It was thoughtful, personal, and completely unexpected. Their warmth, generosity, and attention to detail elevated our experience to another level.
The Garifalakis family embodies the very best of Greek hospitality. They didn’t just provide accommodation, they created memories that will stay with us forever.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Garifalakis Comfort Rooms! The communication from the hotel was excellent, and they greeted us on arrival. They gave us a great run through of the best places to visit on the island, and even guidance on where we could and couldn't take our rental car. The room was modern, clean and spacious. The location is also really good, just a few minutes walk from the restaurants and shop in Pollonia. Overall I would recommend!

really nice place
Really nice place, clean and close to the beach and the port and its restaurants & shops. Very friendly. There is even a basin for the hand laundry, very useful.

We had a fantastic stay at Garifilakis. The room was perfect for our needs - clean, spacious with everything you’d need for a stay in Milos. Very walkable to Pollonia with parking available right across the road. Flora, Nektaria and the rest of the staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough to make our stay as wonderful as possible. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
