This is a lovely property with great rooms. The staff are lovely and the breakfast is excellent. The location is stunning. Access to the property is difficult. The ‘traditional’ road is very steep and unmade, requiring a sharp and difficult turn into the carpark. Advise against large cars. We couldn’t get the aircon to work properly but may have been user error. Overall, I recommend this property.

Beautifuland pleasant place

We took the suit with 2 floors it was an amazing room with great view. Clean and well designed.
The parking for the car was a little challenge and the direction of Google was wrong , therefore , better to talk with the owner in advance. Under the hotel there is a great bar that we drink at evening .

Great service

Beautiful small hotel in a stunning traditional village in mountainous area. The hotel is perfectly located near the old square and the beginning of Vikos gorge hiking trail and a monastery with a great view. The view at the terrace of the hotel is also great. The rooms are nicely decorated, spaceous and comfortabel. The breakfast has a variety of local produce and is all served at your table. The massage by Nikos was the nicest massage i've ever had. The owner and the personnel are extremely nice and welcoming and are doing the extra mile to help you. At check-out we forgot a bag and the owner was so nice to bring it to us on our next travel destination. It was really the perfect stay to our honeymoon. Thank you for everything!

I won't go again and I'll prevent others from this hotel

Poor served breakfast in both options and quantity.
The room was on the road that all the visitors passed to go to the square with the consequence of being permanently with closed curtains. Highest quality-price ratio. 360 euros for two nights for this thing, tragic!

Pension ideally located to visit the Vikos Gorge, with some flaws

Given the fairly expensive Award in season (almost 200 euros per night!), the Award-quality ratio is rather unfavourable, despite real strengths.
Les +: very large comfortable room, clean and quality; very nice terrace for breakfast or drink; friendly and helpful staff; ideal location in Monodendri, a few steps from the small village square and the Check-out of the Vikos Gorge hike!
Les -: for the Award, no pool, "spa" a little sketchy (very small sauna and hammam, no shower...), no real easily accessible parking, rooms not all benefiting from a terrace / balcony. Moreover, we have to pay a fairly expensive "ecological tax" while towels and other shower products are changed every day...
In short, it was good but a few imperfections to settle for the future...
