Lovely place, but poor handling of a guest issue
I found the breakfast quite limited in terms of variety, but for us this was not really a problem — everyone managed to find something to eat. The room was cleaned well and, up to a certain point, our experience was a pleasant one.
Unfortunately, we had an issue that significantly changed my impression of the hotel. One day, during the room cleaning, a pair of shorts and a top that I used as sleepwear disappeared from the room. I prefer to believe they were taken by mistake.
The real problem, however, was not the missing clothes or their value. For three consecutive days, I reported the situation to the staff, and what disappointed me most was their lack of interest and effort in trying to resolve it. I did not feel that a guest’s concern mattered to them.
Mistakes can happen, and I can understand that. But the way you choose to treat a guest when a problem arises says a lot about the quality of the service you provide.
It is a shame, because this is a very beautiful place in a wonderful area, and the experience could otherwise have remained a very pleasant one.

Great experience in the woods
The location is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by nature and the forest, and there are plenty of things for children to enjoy. Our kids especially loved the outdoor spaces, the swimming pool and the playground. We didn’t get the chance to try all the activities, such as horse riding, but it was great knowing that there were so many options available for families and that the children could enjoy nature and explore.
The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole atmosphere of the resort was very relaxing. We also really enjoyed the spa and the beauty services, which were a lovely extra during our stay.
And a special mention to the breakfast, which was excellent — fresh, very tasty and with plenty of choices for both adults and children.
Overall, it was a beautiful family getaway in a wonderful natural setting. We would happily come back and stay again!
