Anastasia and Jonathan, the receptionist and bar manager, were super helpful and nice, and the hotel itself is alright, just not amazing. The place could be bettter maintained. A few things that can be improved:
- The cushions by the pool were faded.
- The toilet paper holders kept swiveling around.
- Toilet fill mechanism had to be stopped manually after flushing.
- The shower door wasn't really designed well.
- The cleaning staff threw away stuff they shouldn't have.
Aside from that, breakfast was good, and considering how limited public transport is in Mykonos, it's not too badly located for beaches and restaurants nearby. For Mykonos, the access is decent.

Incredible

A magnificent hotel with remarkable cleanliness, impeccable bedding, and a calm and tranquil atmosphere. Very close to the center, you can get there by bus. A big thank you to Sissy for her kindness and hospitality! The charm of this hotel is incredible. Go there, you will not regret it.

This place is recommended to everyone. Breakfast is super delicious and you can order the food from various menu. The chef is young, but I’ll give him ⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎ three stars.
Room is beautiful and white housekeeper works very hard for making the rooms clean and nice every day.
The property is huge with a nice view of two oceans.
Beautiful location on a hillside.
You can take a bus to downtown Mykonos from ATM next to Cafe Sushi.
The Bus stop is close to super market.
This hotel was one of the best experience we had in this 40 days trip around the world.

Very nice resort

The facility is beautiful! Beautiful pool with views. Everyone is very friendly, very nice rooms with excellent breakfast

Osom Resort was exceptional, what made it even more special was Sissy (the boss!!) who arranged transport for us from the ferry terminal as we arrived at 4am, for being a wonderful host, a great tour guide and a very special person. Jonathon and the rest of the staff were great as well. Breakfast was excellent.
