Amazing hotel
The rooms were amazing , comfortable, and beautifully designed. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the service was outstanding. Everything was perfect, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Mixed review; something is missing for this so-called high-end establishment.
We stayed at the Panormos Bay Suites from June 13 to June 20, 2026.
I want to first emphasize that the staff is remarkable. All the people we encountered were professional, pleasant, available, and concerned about making our stay enjoyable. This is undoubtedly the strong point of this establishment.
The rooms are decent, without being exceptional for the price category.
Unfortunately, the management's attitude has greatly diminished our overall appreciation of the stay. On several occasions, we felt that customer satisfaction was secondary to purely accounting logic.
On the day of departure, we simply asked to keep our room until 12 PM instead of 11 AM. This request, which represented only one additional hour, was denied to us without any flexibility or commercial gesture.
Even more shocking, the seat of one of the two toilets in our suite broke while it was being used normally. No impact, no misuse, no intentional damage. It simply gave way, presumably due to its wear and tear. Despite this, we were charged €50 for its replacement. Charging a customer for equipment that seems to have reached the end of its life is a practice I find particularly inappropriate and ungraceful.
This lack of consideration is all the more regrettable since our reservation was made through Voyage Privé and we spent over €800 on meals and drinks at the establishment during our stay for two people. Clearly, this loyalty to the hotel was not taken into account.
Another disappointment: water bottles were not provided daily in the room. In an island where tap water is not drinkable, having to go to the bar to request water is surprising for an establishment that positions itself at a high standard. Such details are indeed part of the attentions one is entitled to expect.
Finally, it should be noted that the hotel is isolated. The setting is calm, but a vehicle is essential to enjoy the island, as the towns and villages are relatively far away.
In conclusion, despite an exceptional staff that deserves to be praised, the management's policy clearly lacks a sense of service and customer culture. This is regrettable, as with more flexibility, consideration, and a few additional attentions, the experience could have been excellent. Today, I unfortunately remember an establishment more concerned with billing its customers than with their satisfaction.
And to finish, when you request an invoice for the consumptions and the replacement of the toilet seat, they do not send it...

Building site nightmare in Mykonos
We arrived at this property in the countryside hoping for what it promised peace and quiet in the hills above Panormos Bay. At the end of the season we hoped for our break to be all it was billed to be. We arrived in the evening the two bed villa was ok in the dark. Bed comfy and perfectly well equipped! Sadly the air con was like a cement mixer but it wasn’t too hot. The real issue had not started yet. A good supper well cooked although €175 for two starters two mains and a bottle of wine plonk €50…. Was excessive!
During the night with the windows open due to the noisy aircon the noise from constant barking local dogs was irritating!
Worse was to come at 0730 the building site 10m from our villa cranked into action non stop banging crashing yelling vehicles arriving leaving omg it was the worst we could have ever expected! We called for help none came. We Whattsapp the manager no reply.. we went to breakfast it was a bun fight! Over crowded food disappeared as soon as it was put out queues constantly at the temperamental coffee machine waiters overstretched the place was full and creaking at the seems! Staff were generally pleasant and helpful.
Still no response from management so we went to reception at 1300. The response was appalling. Not our fault no responsibility we can’t help the noise…. Etc etc…. Then an offer to down grade us to a single room villa for a night in another days time and then a further move to to new builds on level 5….. white blocks like a blocks of flats all on top of each other no character no view and awful! No privacy no space just like sardines! We thanked them for the offer and declined and asked for a refund as we were not staying there amongst all that building chaos. So much for peace and quiet….. The management refused a refund as they would now have to sell the villa to another unsuspecting couple to recover their loss! My problem…. ??? I don’t think so. They knew they had building works which had obviously been on going for months…. So much for looking after your guests and caring for their happiness and wellbeing! No they were just interested in money! Because they still they tried to get away with selling this villa to us!
We left and will now fight for our rights! Shame on them Avoid these shameless con merchants!

Superb haven of peace!
Wonderful stay from 27 September to 7 October in this beautiful hotel. Charming accommodation was very stylish, comfortable and clean. We had a beautiful spacious suite with a large terrace offering an admirable view of lake and sea laterally with a large and superb hot tub. We felt immediately welcomed as the staff is really kind, helpful and kind, always available. We particularly appreciated the Golf Cart Service whenever we needed it and the WhatsApp Service, convenient and very responsive for any request.
On our 10 days of stay, there might be a lack of variety in the breakfast (although tasty time in front of the beautiful view of the lake and the perfect Service), a little coffee reassortment and small bottles of water in the apartment ...
It remains an ideal place to rest and enjoy... discover the beauty of the island of Mykonos with the charming city of Chora, that of the neighboring islands, and at the return of the day, find this real haven of peace away from the animation. We really had a great holiday and highly recommend this hotel!
