Beautiful Hotel, but Service Fell Short
Unfortunately, our experience with the front desk and the service left us disappointed, which is why I would rate our stay around 2–3 stars overall.
Our biggest issue was that our shower did not function properly for the majority of our stay. The handheld shower had an extremely weak stream, and the overhead shower would not turn on at all. This was particularly frustrating when staying in Greece during the summer, as we were spending our days at the beach and really needed a functioning shower when we returned.
We brought the issue to the front desk multiple times, but unfortunately felt dismissed each time and received very little acknowledgment or apology for the inconvenience. The issue was eventually fixed, and we were told that water pressure can be affected by high usage on the island at certain times, which is understandable. However, that did not explain our specific situation, as the shower itself simply was not functioning properly for most of our stay.
More generally, we found the front desk staff to be rather unwelcoming. I don't expect over-the-top service or constant enthusiasm, but unfortunately, we often felt as though asking for assistance was an inconvenience. This was especially noticeable because we had to visit the front desk several times regarding the shower.
It's a shame because the property itself is lovely, the location is fantastic, and the room and pool were both very nice. With more attentive and welcoming service, and better attention to basic room maintenance, this could be a wonderful place to stay.

Charming hotel and Naousa,Paros
Charming hotel, comfortable and well located in relation to the center and the beach in Naoussa.
Walk of 5-10min.
As the streets do not have walkways, you can make shortcuts through the alleys and stairs.
It has a great breakfast, pool, very attentive employees.
Our quadruple room was comfortable (beds and pillows), with outdoor balcony, table, and floor varal (very useful for beach clothes and towels).
I highlight the care of Maria, who stays at the reception. In addition to very friendly, helped us in various indications, such as restaurants, beaches, car hire etc
Paros is quite large and Naoussa is an excellent accommodation region.
We visited several more distant beaches and confirmed that the region we chose to stay is the most interesting.
We intend to come back!
