Gracious Hosts Excellent Overall

Seamless and smooth check in, despite being mid morning and busy at the time. They accommodated our luggage since we were early, and offered us breakfast since it was still running. Very gracious hosts and immaculate property.
Location was incredible for proximity to town but a challenge for parking (only reason for the 4 and not 5 stars). Very limited and tight street only parking near property.
Almost impossible if you leave and come back after hours. Thankfully was able to park at the Eurocar lot at the bottom of the hill (toward the Harbor side) since I leased with them, but otherwise street parking is very difficult to find.
Absolutely loved it overall otherwise, and despite the slight inconvenience above, all things considered will definitely consider again when in Naxos, would highly recommend without hesitation.
Very gracious, professional, and courteous staff on an immaculate property.

Exceeded all expectations

Hotel Grotta is an amazing value. Believe everything that all the five star reviews say. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel is immaculate. The location is perfect with great views and just a short walk to town. We knew breakfast was included but we were shocked the first morning with what we saw. The breakfast is all home made and delicious with an outrageous number of options. There is nowhere else I would stay in Naxos.

This hotel was fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The little extra touches really made the stay special—from the complimentary welcome drink on arrival to the thoughtful treat waiting in the room.
The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and everything exceeded my expectations. It was well worth the money, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
