Didn't expect to be so perfect!
I found it on booking.com and it is more than I ever expected!
Beautiful rooms, very clean, well equiped, quiet, perfect!
The host is very comunicativ, I've been talking to her since June and I've been asking a lot of questions and the host gladly answered mr very promtly.
I am very pleased! I will sure recommand and come back!

Nagyon korrektek segítőkész volt a személyzet, a klímát amint tudták megjavították. Amikor kértünk seprőt azt mondták,hogy nem adnak,majd ők megoldják. Àgyneműt rendszeresen cserélték. Nagyon tiszta rendezett volt minden. Mi kaptunk a tengerre néző szobát gyönyörű kilátással, pedig külön nem kértük. Volt több tv több csatornával. A konyha felszerelt volt, mindkét szobában külön klímàval. Megszerettük a helyet vissza is mennénk. :)
They were very helpful, repaired the air conditioner as soon as they could. Very clean rooms, every day clean service. We got the room with view to the sea, but we did not requested it ( beautyful seeing). Tv, well equipped kitchen, air conditioner. We loved the place, would go back. :)

Just like at home
Ameris is situated in the main street of this lovely city. Apartments are large and very cozy, with near-by parking. Stuff is very friendly (bravo for Maria!). Appartments were cleaned every day, with clean sheets and towells every three days. Ideal place for holiday that will be remembered in someone's heart and memory. Absolutely recomended!

Almost perfect!
Ameris apartments are very nice, clean and well equipped. Apartments on top floors are spacious and have amazing view from large balcony. Hosts are kind and keep everything in order.
Location is excellent if you have a car - in city center and there is parking available near by, which is an issue in Neos Maramaras. Have in mind that you must use car to go to the nearest beach.
There are only few downsides - hosts don't speak English very well, wi-fi hasn't got good coverage on upper floors and nights are very very noisy because of many night clubs with music until the morning. First two were no issue for us, but noise was really bad. If loud music is not a problem for you and you are by car - this is a perfect place. At least it was (almost - because of the loud music) for us.

Best stay in Neos Marmaras!
Ameris Studios & Apartments is probably one of the best places that you may stay in Neos Marmaras!
It is on the first line, direct view to the sea and the harbor! Stayed for 3 nights in the beginning of September.
The apartments are nice, clean and comfortable - daily cleaned and maintained. We travelled as two couples, we were given apartments 4A and 4B – they are totally separate studios but if you are 4 people they become duplex, which is really comfortable!
Bathroom – clean, kitchen – well equipped, beds – nice and comfy, balcony – big and has an amazing view, average wi-fi connection. Parking was not a problem. Owners don’t speak so much English but we managed somehow :) Lot of mosquitoes, but Autan family spray solved the problem :)
Many restaurants and bars around, also shops and supermarkets! Just next to the studios – pizzeria with tasty and not expensive pizzas :) Definitely try the local pastry called bougatsa with vanilla cream – the best one is next to supermarket Smile :)
Highly recommend and definitely would get back!!!
