The best hotel in Neos Marmaras
We stayed here for one week and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The room is perfectly equipped with everything you might need for daily life – and even thoughtful extras that make the stay extra special. Nothing was missing, and everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with cleaning every two days keeping it fresh and tidy.
The view from the room is beautiful, making it even more enjoyable to spend time here. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The host went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, offering help whenever needed and always with a friendly smile. We’ve never experienced such a combination of comfort, convenience, and hospitality.
If you’re looking for a place that truly feels like home, with a great view and excellent service, this is the one. We would gladly return and recommend it without hesitation!

A little paradise with a beautiful view!
Comfortable place with an amazing view! Everything is as in the pictures. The kitchen and bathroom are not new and modern, but everything was functional and clean, which was the most important thing to us. Rooms were cleaned every two days. The only complaint would be on the mini hob which is very weak, I hope it can be replaced in the future. We didn't cook and we only used it for coffee so that this was not such a problem for us, but it might be a problem if you were planning to prepare food. We state this just as a recommendation to improve the service :)
The beaches are not so close and considering the terrain configuration in Neos Marmaras, it is easier to go around by car. That is also a great advantage because there are many beautiful beaches in the area. In the evening you can walk to the center, it will take you about 15 minutes. There are smaller shops nearby, as well as the Lidl market.
The host is exceptional and a very kind person as well as the rest of the staff! We can't wait to come back again and we recommend this accommodation to everyone who wants to experience a wonderful vacation in silence and with a beautiful view.

Good place
Good place, clean, great view. Owner is helpfull and speaks English very good.
Small kitchenette and coffee facilities. Parking near the hotel. Money well spent as i was on fishing trip and aost be at hotel only for sleep.

Dog friendly place with a great view
We spent several days in the house with our dog. The place has great views, but the rooms that look towards the sea have very small balconies and we preferred the apartment with the big terrace over the street. It is perfect for spending your evening with the family, to dine on it or enjoy your frappe. The apartment itself needs some fixing, as it was quite dated, the kitchenette is very small and the appliances and utensils are kinda old. The owner on the other hand was so nice and helpful, that we really loved our stay, nevermind the small inconveniences.

very nice pet friendly place
Nice place, we spent 10 days with our golden. Friendly owners with great English skills, animal lovers. Far from the downtown but very well positioned for nearby beaches. We had a great time since the town is great for exploring numerous beaches in Sithonia.
