We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it!
The hotel is very cozy and has two clean swimming pools. There were always plenty of sunbeds available, both by the pools and on the beautiful beach, so we never had any problems finding a place to relax.
The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. We especially want to thank the reception team, who gave us excellent advice about the local bus routes and explained how to travel to Heraklion and Chania. There is also a bus stop just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, with regular buses to the beautiful Old Town of Rethymno.
When we arrived, the hotel manager kindly upgraded our room free of charge to one with a sea and pool view, which made our stay even more special. The manager and the reception staff were always smiling, welcoming, and eager to help with any questions we had.
The hotel also offers a gym, an aquarium, and evening entertainment such as a music quiz, DJ nights, and traditional Greek dancing.
Our flight was late in the evening, and the hotel allowed us to extend our room until we needed to leave, which we really appreciated.
Thank you so much to the wonderful staff for making our holiday so enjoyable.,especially thanks to manager,reception staff! We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back!

I am deeply disappointed with my stay at this hotel. It is advertised as a 5-star establishment, but the reality is nowhere near that standard. I completely feel like I did not get my money's worth.
Here is a breakdown of why I cannot recommend this hotel:
Misleading Amenities & Facilities: The description claims there are four swimming pools, which is a massive stretch—in my eyes, there is only one real pool. In the gym, the treadmill was completely out of order. As for entertainment, it was non-existent. The only "entertainment" you will find here is a cat wandering around the property during the day.
Disappointing Buffet & Bar Service: If you don't show up early, the buffet empties out quickly. One evening at 9:00 PM, there was no chicken left. Even though the buffet doesn't close until 9:30 PM, the chef flat out refused to replenish it. Furthermore, they only provide water bottles upon arrival and do not replenish them during your stay, which feels incredibly cheap for an all-inclusive hotel. The bars were frequently left unattended, and the main bar closed at 5:30 PM instead of its scheduled 6:00 PM closing time.
Room Maintenance & Front Desk Issues: My room flooded because the shower drain was completely clogged, and the toilet seat was loose. I had to ask the front desk three separate times to fix these issues. They only finally intervened after I escalated the matter and spoke directly to the manager.
Poor Management & Staff Attitude: I raised all of these points

I have plenty to compare it with, having visited many countries and resorts with a similar concept, and I can honestly say that this place offers an outstanding combination of quality and value, especially with the all-inclusive package.
Everything here is thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. The rooms are excellent and fully equipped with everything you need — and definitely choose a sea view 😉. The staff are wonderful, and the food is absolutely amazing. Special thanks to the chefs!
The whole resort is spotless and gives a true sense of comfort and relaxation. On the beach, the sunbeds, umbrellas, and tables are not crowded together, so there is plenty of personal space.
Although the territory is quite compact, it is perfectly planned and organized. We loved absolutely everything!
A huge thank you to the entire staff, and special respect to the management for caring not only about the guests but also about the employees. Many vacationers here noticed and appreciated that as well.

Nice hotel with beautiful sunset sea view
We stayed here last week with two children (10 & 12 yo) and we had a lovely experience. The hotel is modern and clean. The room was cleaned every day, and our clothes were folded up. The pool was cleaned every evening. Staff were friendly and helpful. I have read the other reviews and I have to say that being a friendly, smiling guest always helps. I noticed that some of the guests looked so miserable and rarely smiled despite being in a beautiful location, looking at the sunset every night. We had a front family bedroom but got woken by the sewage truck and it was quite smelly two mornings in a row. It can’t be helped I suppose. We told the reception staff and they upgraded us to a larger family suite with a beautiful sea view for free. We had a great dance at the DJ night and at the Greek night. We had a wonderful holiday. Thank you.
