Vacanza a Paros

Siamo stati 6 giorni presso il Rita Studios la settimana scorsa. Siamo stati molto bene, il proprietario ci ha accolti fin dall’inizio con disponibilità e gentilezza. La posizione è ottima inquanto molto vicina al centro del paese ma nello stesso tempo in zona tranquilla. Le camere hanno quasi tutte un comodissimo e rilassante terrazzo e la nostra era attrezzata con frigo e angolo cottura con tutto il necessario. È molto vicino a una bellissima spiaggia libera dove ci sono sempre pochissime persone e ci si può rilassare lontani dalla folla e dalla confusione. Quindi consigliato per chi cerca un posto tranquillo all’insegna del relax e della comodità.

Unprofessional and disorganised

Booked a couple of rooms via email in November for my friends and I who will be travelling to Greece for a climbing trip in April.
All arrangements and dates were discussed and confirmed. I offered to pay a deposit at the time for the rooms but this was ignored when questioned and was told she will email me again in February to see how things are with the booking.
Weeks later she emailed again saying she wanted to double check the bookings to make sure she hasn't made any mistakes, even though she ALREADY had all my INFORMATION on the emails
Because i didn't respond within minutes (a couple of days later), my booking got cancelled.
She then offered me 1 room, to which my response was "how many beds are in that room?"
Then, to add insult to injury, she CANCELLED AGAIN and said i took to long to respond?? I replied within 1 hour.
I'm very upset that she can treat her customers like this, very UNPROFESSIONAL.
I can only presume she double booked the rooms with someone else. Which is fair enough, mistakes happen, but i didn't get an apology, instead i got the blame because I didn't response quickly enough even though everything was confirmed last November.
Very disorganised. I'm extremely annoyed and frustrated by the terrible customer service and poor communication.

Great accommodation & perfectly positioned

We (two couples) stayed at Rita's in July this year for 4/5 nights & it was great. The tranquility of the gardens and the surrounds was excellent. Rita's studios are perfectly positioned for easy access to every facility one needs. The beach, many restaurants, the ferry booking office & bus stop are all within a few minutes walk. The welcome e got and friendly advice and help was really appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble. And the price was really competitive for the standard of her studios. We are already planning to go back next year. Recommended.

TUTTO OK

ottimo appartamento dove abbiamo alloggiato ad agosto,proprietari gentili,e disponibili,c'e' tutto nelle vicinanze,pulizie tutti i giorni tranquillo e vicino al mare.Comodo e da rifare in un prossimo viaggio

A proximité du port ... mais c'est un camping amélioré

A qq mètres du port , mais aucune vue sur le port , juste sur le petit jardin. Chambre triple minuscule. Aucun rangement dans pour la cuisine . Robinetterie pourrie, le robinet m'est resté dans les mains, température douche impossible à régler , s'assoir sur les toilettes n'est possible qu'en ayant les pieds dans la douche ... à éviter donc !!
