Superficial Beauty - Hygienic Desaster
Room: superficial it seemed clean and tidy. The doublebed is huge and has no gap in the middle (for couples who like to cuddle at night). Its quite bright, eventhough we clowed the blinds and closed the curtains. Also the room was very humid and stinky. But I was especially shocked with the Hygiene on my toilet seat. Although it had the 'freshly cleaned' sticker on it, there was a pee mark on the ring. My partner and I used the toilet in an extern restaurant.
Staff: was Okey, not really helpful. I showed/discussed with the manager all the hygiene issues, but she didn't care.

Did not meet expectations – especially for families with young children
The room we were given had no opening to the outside – only a small window in recall at the ceiling. There was neither a balcony nor a normal window, which made the space suffocating. We couldn't renew the air in a natural way.
I requested room change from the first moment, but there was no availability. Eventually we had to leave early and did not stay last night. Nevertheless, we were charged the entire stay, which I found unfair, since we did not make use of the service.
The breakfast was pretty basic, with nothing special to stand out. I think that overall the experience did not meet my expectations, mainly due to the room conditions – which is especially important when travelling with young children.

Good if Hygiene isn’t a priority
The location is really the only strong point of this destination. It’s conveniently close to the main square, and there’s a car park right next to the property.
Breakfast Room:
The breakfast room itself is beautiful, but unfortunately, every plate, glass, and even the chairs were dirty. This made me feel uncomfortable eating there and raised concerns about the overall hygiene standards of the staff.
Room:
At first glance, the room appeared clean and well-kept. The double bed is spacious and ideal for couples, as there’s no gap in the middle. Despite closing the blinds and curtains, the room remained quite bright. Additionally, it was humid and had an unpleasant odor. The most alarming issue, however, was the hygiene of the toilet. Even though it had a ‘freshly cleaned’ sticker, there was a visible urine stain on the seat. My partner and I ended up using the restroom at a nearby restaurant instead.
Staff:
The staff were okay, but not particularly helpful. I addressed the hygiene concerns directly with the manager, but she showed no interest or willingness to resolve the issues.
