Everything is really perfect - the only issue is the traffic. To many cars to many guests no chance for parking or driving aroung the village.

Have just returned home I'm afraid petraki could do with some tlc the bed was lumpy the shower an antique held on wall with a pipe grip put together with a scaffolding fixed to the balcony and drilling and cement mixer going at 7.30 in the morning not good

I am afraid this is a mistaken review referring to a totally different company :)
We never had construction work going on during the resort‘s operation period. We also don't know who is Petraki you mention in your comment. We don't even have an employee with this name. Neither had we any reservation from your selected country during this period as the whole resort was occupied by a specific group. All the above information is misleading and do not refer to our company. Please check very carefully next time you review a hotel online at least to be the right one :)

One of the most relaxing vacations I ever had
We stayed at W Villas in the summer of 2019 (not in October). I don't know how they are handling Covid-19 situation, but I trust that they are keeping everyone safe.
Trust. That is the relationship we formed during our stay. We didn't travel this summer, but if we did, I would trust W Villas staff with my family's health.
Details:
We stayed in 4-bedroom "beachfront" (not "private pool") villa for 5 days. It was expensive, but not overpriced. The maximum number of people is regulated (you cannot have 20 people, even if the villa is large).
Family-friendly, handicap-accessible, with plenty of space inside and especially outside. Every bedroom had nice balcony; large porch with dining table; coffee tables here and there; outdoor Greek grill. Our villa had full kitchen (including full-size dishwasher) and washing machine. Three bathrooms (two with showers and one without). And.. an elevator!
(I don't think every villa has a private elevator, but some do!)
Everything is in perfect working order, and if it doesn't, let the staff know and it will be fixed. Everything you find in the photos and descriptions is accurate. No exaggeration.
Beachfront W Villas is an amazingly beautiful, peaceful and relaxing place. This is a perfect place if you want to spend time with your family and friends, swim in the sea, learn to use paddle-board or kayak, enjoy the beach. (Beach is narrow and water entrance is rocky, but the water is super-clean and nice. Private beach chairs and beach umbrellas make up for a lack of a larger beach). This is a place to play casual ping-pong, tennis or basketball (courts are not high-quality, but enough for casual play), or read a book at one of many scenic locations.
We walked to a nearby town in the morning to buy fresh pastries for breakfast, and in the evening to stroll or go to a restaurant. We drove to town for groceries, and cooked some meals. Played games and watched TV in the comfortable living room in the evening.
I would not recommend Beachfront Villas if you are looking for active loud social life right under your windows. I don't know about Private Pool Villas, maybe they are different. There was plenty of social life in town and surrounding places, a short walk or drive away.
Special THANKS to Lilly, the manager, and all the friendly people who are keeping W Villas beautiful, welcoming, clean and safe. Thanks to a gardener/groundskeeper - he doesn't talk much, but his work speaks for itself :-)

Bad experience
We booked Vila Flegra with private pool in the W Villas complex and in May we payed 1750eur that means half balance for all house for 7days. Because of the covid situation we tried to call the owner on July to see if posible to travel in Halkidiki because the Greek Goverment closed all the borders only Kulata was open,but nobody answered,no email,no phone.
We took the risk to travel to Greece and in 7 days the cleaning lady came only ONCE to change towels and we had to buy toilet paper,after we payed 3500eur cash,NO RECEIPT,and if you want to pay by card they charged you 4% extra OMG.
Very bad services,no communication for sure too expensive for what they offer
Also is far away from the beach :(

Very low value for money we paid!!!
I wrote all reviews I could find about this property in June before booking this villa. Everyone seemed more than happy with the accomodation. The price seemed a little high due the actual situation (500 EUROS / night for a 3 bedrooms vila) but we expected to be treated maybe a little royal. From the description we understood the villa was on the beach...no way...there was a 200-300m walking and crossing other properties in order to get to the beach. Each villa has it’s own “space” on the beach and even if we were 7 persons, on tge beach there were only 3 beach chair and 2 normal ones. So two of us must have stayed up. The beach has almost no amenities, the sea entrace is difficult and the beach bar has only 2-3basic drinks.
The villa (supposely to have 3 bedrooms) had only 2 bedrooms so it’s more suitable for 2 couples not 3 as you may think. The third room is an improvisation with 2 separate single beds which weren’t identical, we couldn’t combine them for the kids to sleep, we had to put some rocks under so it was the same level. A little room with 8 windows and no sunshade. Very hot and lighted.
Poor furniture quality. Poor cleaning. Only 3 toilet papers at check in for 7 persons!! Not much kitchen utensils for preparing something to eat.
Cleaning in 7 nights only ONE TIME. One time on 7 nights.
The garbage stayed full for 3-4 days.
The pool...private pool indeed but each morning a man who didn’t even say hello, came and put some chemical solution in the pool and twice he put a robit to clean the water.
But the pool in not real a pool, yes it looks like one but poor quality and no mosaic just concrete.
The woman who welcomed us Dido is not very professional. She mistake our dates (instead of 7 nights she said we paid for 5, she didn’t want to let us enter at the second gate just because she wanted to go around the village again). She didn’t want to give us an invoice, we had to call her and wrote until after check out. She said the invoice is issued after check out. Never heard of that . We paid everything at check in and got something it looked like payment confirmation (not INVOICE) after check out.
I would ‘t recommed this place to anybody. I would never stay here again.
For more than half of the money you can easily check in an 4-5 star hotel with breakfast, facilities and cleaning. And mostly ON THE BEACH.
