Perfect apartment....lovely host

We had a 4 night stay in room 5 which has a very large terrace with seating.
Inside the apartment was lovely the kitchen was well kitted out with nice crockery all matching plenty of cutlery and utensils.
Christina who runs the place thinks of everything from cling film to cooking oil, biscuits jams honey tea coffee and water all there for you to use during your stay.
The kitchen area has a table and chairs so you can sit and eat your meal, we actually made food there rather than walking into the main town every night. Also a small sofa and TV in the kitchen area.
Plenty of wardrobe and drawer space to put your clothes, safety deposit box in the wardrobe.
Comfy bed with really good quality bedding. Nice big bathroom big fluffy white towels which smelt so fresh.
Flyscreens on all the windows and shutters on the outside.
No shortage of places to sit outside, lots of plants and quirky ornaments. It has lots of solor lighting around the complex and security cameras.
Car parking is available.
The location is about 20 minutes walk down hill into Vathy harbour, not easy walking back up with shopping etc in the heat.
Island is very hilly you really need a car or motorbike to get around, taxi fare is a minimum of 20 euros for each journey.
On the day we was leaving Christina had left us a gift which was very sweet, she works so hard to make her business a success......

Great hospitality

The house was clean and recently renovated. We had everything we needed to spend our vacation. The hostess was always approachable and willing to help us. The place was really close to the centre of Ithaki and very close to the best beaches on island. Great place, I definitely recomend it.

Bed n’ breakfast

A newly low cost build complex is more than a bed ‘n breakfast rather than a hotel accommodation. Prices are very high compare to what they offer. Cleanliness is only surface, mattresses and pillows are like stuffed with stones and there is a noisy neighborhood: a quarry that starts work early in the morning and a nearby farmer loping off olive trees with a gas operated pruning hook. Also the road in front is used by the locals for testing their max. car speed.
Anyways the rooms are spacious with good amenities not replaceable though and the optional promised breakfast is not offered any more, since the local business stoped the delivery. Reception hours are also very limited. Took me three days to find somebody to replace my pillow. To their merit owners are polite and trying to improve things.

Perfect to enjoy Ithaca!

It is a very nice location situated in quiet area of Ithaca - about 15 m walk to the center of Vathi.
The flats are small but cute and well filled with what ever your could need for your stay.
In summer you can even join the pool and get your tan on its big terrace.
They even gave me a wine as a welcome drink
I really enjoyed my stay.
Definitely worth another visit in the future. Thanks for everything!

nice quiet apartment

I stayed in this apartment as a couple during my vacation. The apartment is cozy with beautiful decoration. It has a kitchen that you can find the basic food for a small meal. The only negative thing is that the window of the bedroom is in a skylight. In the same skylight is the bathroom window of the adjoining apartment, so if the two windows are open the sounds can be heard clearly ...
