Beautiful boutique hotel

Beautiful little hotel with amazing staff. Lovely views and architecture. Very well maintained and kept beautifully clean. Breakfasts were amazing. A lot of effort put into serving a wide variety of food including lots of local cakes and pies and gorgeous Greek yogurt, honey and homemade jams.
Athena was amazing! Nothing too much trouble and always a smile on her face. Same with George the owner.
Definitely more than 3 star!
We really hope to come back.

Anaxo resort soothing, beautiful and small scale

A lovely, beautiful, clean, quiet and small-scale resort. We were allowed to try the brand new suite instead of the room we originally booked.
The suite which was more upstairs looked out over the sea. The furniture, also on the balcony was not only beautiful but also sat nicely. A lovely high bed, separate rain shower and toilet.
Extensive, tasty breakfast with local dishes. You can also have lunch or dinner there. The pizza base was freshly made and the bread you get with the kebab or souvlaki was a regional specialty. Staff are incredibly friendly and the owner is also present from morning to evening.
All in all a big 5 stars.
Just be careful not to go into the road where the sign Rigklia is which Maps eg indicates. There's a sign saying Anaxos a little further away. Your car will thank you

Disappointing

The place is beautiful. In the midst of the olive trees.
The suite room had a spectacular view.
I will express reservations regarding the breakfast. No fruit. We are in Greece.
The fast food is average. Not very tasty and of low quality.

Absolute gem of a find in the Mani.. Great welcome from Jorgos and such friendly service from his daughter, Athena. Set on a hill overlooking the sea and mountains. Great large room and very clean. Dressing gowns and slippers add to the overall feel of the place. Fabulous pool and Greek food at the bar by the pool. The breakfast changes every day with all food being home made. Eggs are to order/of your choice and a coffee machine makes all sorts of coffee. We loved the freshly squeezed orange juice. Jorgos has thought of every little detail to please his guests and offers superb Greek hospitality. We are definitely coming back! This is now our favourite hotel by far, in the Mani..Efharisto poli Jorgos.
