A dream in the olive grove.
We have already been to one of the modern Niki villas for the second time this year, and certainly not the last time. For good reason: Upon arrival, one could not feel more welcome; the hospitality and warmth of Panagiotis are reflected throughout the house.
The refrigerator is lovingly stocked, allowing one to relax right after arrival. The three identical houses are all designed in such a way that, regardless of which villa, privacy and views are equally provided. The amenities are top-notch - whether cooking indoors or grilling outdoors - with a main kitchen and an outdoor kitchen, one almost forgets that there are also excellent restaurants and taverns in the nearby area (We tested a few recommendations from the host and were thrilled!).
In the beds, one sleeps like on clouds; the bathrooms are equipped with a generous shower and a toilet with a hygienic water hose each.
The pool is unmatched in terms of cleanliness, water quality, design, view, and wellness factor.
Due to the northeast orientation, early risers can enjoy the magnificent sunrises, and night owls can see the moon rise behind the hills of Sivas. Or both - because there is always a cozy shaded or sunny spot for an afternoon nap.
One should definitely arrive by car, as this provides the full range of options in daily life: Kommos Beach, the weekly market in Mires, or the hippie charm in Matala are each time fixed points within just 10-15 minutes of driving.
For a personalized vacation program, the host is available upon request with always good tips and, if desired, support in organization - otherwise, he is very reserved and places the privacy of his guests at the forefront.

Great!
It was mega special to be here. We enjoyed it so much! On arrival the fridge was stocked with all kinds of drinks and there was a basket of food waiting for us, because we arrived late and had no time to shop, he had even provided food! The owner was always available and was always there for you. I can highly recommend this stay. The setting is truly beautiful!

Unique location with top service
What a great place to completely unwind! The view and the quiet surroundings make the stay really special. Within walking distance is the charming village of Sivas, where you can eat delicious food. By car you can easily reach Matala, where you can enjoy the beach or a snack and drink in one of the cozy restaurants.
The owner is always available for questions and tips, and we have never felt more helped than here. He even arranged getaways and reservations for us, which made our stay extra relaxing.
We will definitely come back to this beautiful location!
