Great location right on the beach

Great all inclusive hotel. Rooms spacious and clean, good air con! Pools clean and comfy beds. Deposit for pool towels but we used our own. You did have to get up early and reserve pool beds but if no one was on them by 9 the receptionist would come around and remove towels. Some mornings at 8:30 there was still plenty free but I do think the hotel needs more pool beds.
Food great, I’m a healthy eater and the selection of fresh meat and salad was great, fresh dates yogurt fruit every morning. We did eat out a lot around the area so many nice places to choose from. Burger bar just up the road was the best, and micri Greek restaurant. Location perfect right on the beach, lots of beach cocktails bars around the area. I would definitely return here, I don’t think I would spend breakfast lunch and dinner here but I can’t for any all inclusive holiday I like to explore. I don’t drink so can’t comment on the alcohol. Not much entertainment

Great location and beautiful Beach

We are a family of two adults and three children. We stayed in two double rooms, one of which had an extra bed. The rooms were very fresh, clean and comfortable, and we had a balcony.
When it was time to go home, we paid €20 for another room for one hour so that we could shower, as our flight was in the evening. Unfortunately, this room was not good at all! So I think the condition of the rooms probably varies.
The pool area was great. The main pool gets deeper and deeper, which we really liked because the whole family could swim at the same time — for example, someone could be in the deeper part while someone else stayed in the shallow end. You could also sit in the pool and “sunbathe.” There was a small children’s pool, a jacuzzi and another pool overlooking the sea. Very nice.
You can rent towels for €10 each and get your money back when you return them. However, if you leave your towel before 9:00 a.m., the staff will remove it and you will lose your deposit. We saw this happen at 8:50. On one occasion, another hotel guest even took our sunbeds and said there were no towels on them (even though there were). Luckily, he left when we pointed this out! One thing worth mentioning is that the music around the pool was quite loud at times, which could be a little disturbing, especially if you were looking for a more peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
The restaurant was nice, with a comfortable noise level, and for the most part it was pleasantly cool, except near the windows. The salad buffet was fantastic, and overall the food was good and varied. For a buffet, I was very satisfied! The desserts were delicious. The drinks were not very good, neither the soft drinks nor the “cocktails,” which were basically just spirits and soda.
The snack bar was a little boring, but food was constantly being replenished, such as pizza, melon, sandwiches, fries, ice cream, some pastries and a few snacks.
The location was fantastic because it was very close to the beach. The beach itself is narrow, but the sea is beautiful, with warm, clear water and a shallow shoreline. There are also water sports available.
A sea turtle had laid eggs nearby, so we were lucky enough to see lots of tiny baby turtles. You can walk along the beach towards the streets, which are full of restaurants and shops. There is a huge variety to choose from.
There is also an arcade with inflatable bouncy attractions nearby, as well as a fantastic mini-golf course. There are also lots of excursions available to book along the streets, and these are cheaper than booking them online!
Overall, we had a lovely holiday and really enjoyed our stay. There were a few things that could have been better, but all in all, we were very happy with our experience

could be better

the hotel itself is stunning, great location, but definitely not a 4 star.
the drinks are not great, all the fizzy drinks are very syrup like and gross. the alcohol is not great either, beer was disgusting and watery.
food is okay but not a good selection at all, no options for picky eaters or small children.
the pool is beautiful but dangerous. we witnessed a woman cut her leg on the side of the pool and she had to go hospital as it was very deep. i saw multiple people including my boyfriend with cut feet from the pool. there’s also no life guards
staff were very friendly however and we enjoyed talking to enemy.
shoutout to hannah, klavs, jenson, and georgia for the entertainment they are all very great fun people who made our holiday better

Fair review of our experience

We are flying home tomorrow so I am writing this review fresh in my mind. We are a family of 5 consisting of 2 adults 3 children and we came with friend who are a family of 4 consisting of 2 adults 2 children.
I will start with the positives, the hotel is generally clean and staff are friendly and helpful. The food is ok but very repetitive and not much selection so can get bored quite quickly so we have eaten out 4 times on a 10 day holiday to break it up. Breakfast seems to be the best meal of the day. The views of the beach are beautiful and you can sit in the bar and overlook the sea which is nice.
The negative points are there is only 1 bar open at a time with only one member of staff serving, the drinks are not very nice they are all greek brands so the soft drinks just taste of carbonated water, and there is limited selection of drinks. You have to pay for pool towels even though it says they are included on the booking site also you can only change these every 3 days, everything closes at 23:00pm and they turn off all the lights so you cannot choose to stay up in the hotel, there are only around 150/200 sunbeds for over a 500 capacity hotel so it can be difficult to get a sunbed most days. You have to pay 20 euros daily for a sunbed on the beach. The entertainment in the hotel is poor and completely non existent on some days, you have to pay to use the hotel padel court at 20 euros per person per hour.
For the first 3 days of our stay my room was not cleaned and my shower was only running cold, I had to go down 2 times to speak to a member of staff regarding this matter and my shower is still not hot. The cleaners only change your towels and bed sheets every 3 days too. The cleaning of the rooms is to a very low standard.
I would say this hotel is more of a 3 star than a 4 star.

Good location. Boring hotel.

We had chosen this hotel from the 4 star category. Absolutely only for 3 stars.
The hotel is close to good beach and Tsvili city. The hotel is worn and dirty in many places. If you want a sun chair,at the pool, you have to get up very early, give sun loungers for many people.Inferno of loud noisy music at the pool all day.
Solenoids at the beach cost,1 row 25 euros, 2 rows 20 euros very narrow beach. No room to lie on his towel.
The food in the restaurant was ok,but no experience. Often empty fade. Extruded residue on the floor which was not removed, even though there was staff just passing by.
The pool bar serves drinks that taste of absolutely nothing,Greek alcohol,no original brands. In terms of hotel description and photos, the stay was a disappointment.
We will never choose this hotel again.
