Great stay at Planet!
We’re just back from a fantastic 2 week stay at Planet. I always try to leave fair and balanced reviews based on our experiences.
We stayed in a studio room 405 which was on the bottom floor right next to the bar.
The room was well equipped for our stay with fridge with small freezer compartment,hairdryer,toaster,toastie maker,oven and microwave,kettle etc
The bed had deep mattress on and was quite comfy.
Large walk in shower,yes the floor does get wet but had this everywhere we’ve stayed in Greece,nothing a bath mat can’t cope with and the floor wasn’t slippy at all.
The balcony here got no sun due to where we were positioned,which pleased me as I was still too hot but disappointed my partner. Others rooms in other blocks got a bit of sun.
Aircon was €10 a night and didn’t work very well,wished we’d asked for a fan instead.
Great pool but the usual all day bed hoggers were out in force daily from 7am to grab the best spots,however, saying that we always got beds when we needed them and it got quieter in the afternoons. There are toilets and showers near to the pool which were very clean and tidy.
Cleaners came in daily unless you use the do not disturb sign. Cleaning was to a good standard. Sheets changed every few days,bins emptied and fresh towels daily.
Studio was very clean and tidy,although we did notice a damp patch keep appearing.
The staff are all amazing and the reason 5 stars given. They work so hard day and night,very welcoming and helpful. Never seen such a hardworking team of staff.
Bar area is very large,we booked a table for the England World Cup matches. Staff asked to use our tables/chairs from the balcony which we gladly accommodated as knew they would be busy. They would willingly let you have them back if needed.
Drink prices are fair and the cocktails are strong!
Yes music from the bar is loud but could barely hear it when balcony door closed and we were right next to the bar. It didn’t affect sleep at all.
We would definitely return but would maybe ask for a room higher up or in a different block next time.

Truly Exceptional Stay in Zakynthos
Planet is an exceptional and truly unique place to stay. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm, attentive, and professional service provided by every member of staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and pleasant throughout our stay.
Our room was exceptionally clean and well maintained. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful extra touch of our towels being arranged into different shapes each day, which was a lovely detail that made our stay feel even more special.
The pool area was beautiful and quickly became one of our favourite parts of the hotel. We spent a great deal of time there enjoying the relaxing atmosphere and wonderful surroundings. The hotel bar was also a fantastic addition, and we enjoyed several cocktails, drinks, and meals, all of which were of a very high standard.
Planet truly made our stay in Zakynthos memorable. We are very grateful for the hospitality we received and sincerely hope to return in the future. We would highly recommend Planet to anyone looking for a welcoming, relaxing, and memorable stay.

Awesome Planet
We've been coming to Tsilivi for many years now, but this was the first stay at Planet apartments. Absolutely loved it! We were in a two bedroom apartment, which sleeps 6 people and was huge! Everything is so modern and since being refurbished, has 2 bathrooms, which is handy when there's 6 of you sharing. The kitchenette is well equipped with everything you need to make snacks and light meals, although we chose to eat out all of the time.
The bar attached to the apartments is awesome. Food and drinks are excellent and very good value. A big shout out to the staff who run the place, they're absolutely phenomenal! So friendly and helpful, they work like trojans, nothing is too much trouble. The whole Planet experience is a credit to Babis, the owner. Well done

Best holiday, definitely going back!!
Myself and my daughter stayed here (our first time) and it was amazing. The rooms are lovely, comfortable and clean. No sunbed wars in the mornings, which was great. We are definitely going back next year. We can't wait. All the staff are very friendly and always willing to help out. Best holiday I've had in a long time.

Our absolute go to!
Just an absolutely well ran,clean,value for money appartment.I have stayed on numerous occasions at the Planet for reasons that are obvious in all my reviews.Like 100's of families, I go back,I go back and ill go back again.It just fits for us,a great team working hard to help you have a great holiday.Bang in the middle of the resort.Ladt 2 weeks in July and if we got by the pool for 12 half 12,we always got a couple of beds.Spacious rooms cleaned daily,at a descent time.Great bar literally on the doorstep,approachable staff and ran by a great boss man in Babis.Who if he could would pull rabbits out of a hat for his customers.Great bloke

The staff at night are wonderful aswell, each with their own personalities.Engage with them get to know their names, they all want to help you enjoy yourself.It gets busy in the bar and they can be flying around but they will find time for you even on the busiest nights.
We love it and them,its just our go to place.
