Comfortable stay and very helpful owner

The room was clean and comfortable and bottled water provided each day. The balcony had a beautiful view out over the bay and the town is just a short walk away.
The owner was friendly and helpful, helping me arrange onward travel when I was having problems getting a taxi.

Very nice!!

We went as 2 couples of Theophanes!! Our stay was pleasant, honest according to its price, nice breakfast, heating, nice view, the owner is helpful, Eleni, very communicative and sweet girl and in general we were happy and comfortable we would go again!!!!

Good accommodation but the owner is unacceptable.

Clean and with a good view. But the fact that disgusted us was that the owner broke the previous month's agreement on the price of the rooms and in a very bad and insulting way tried to charge 10 euros more for each room, He got to the point of charging 10 euros for a Greek, pretending that he had breakfast . Worst of all was his never again deal with bikers like we're bums.

Nice.

Very nice view from the room, the bed mattress a bit hard. Very good location near the port and a nice breakfast with all the basics of a breakfast. There was some smell from the drain..

Just OK at 70 euro, not OK at all at the 110 euro they charged over Easter!

Outrageously expensive over the Easter weekend - no way is the room, breakfast and overall experience worth 110 euro/night. I understand the laws of supply and demand but one must feel they receive value for the money paid regardless. We just felt stupid… This said, the hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff, especially Eleni, were very helpful and friendly. The room was OK, the bathroom and shower stall spacious, the towels on the small side and humid (from being in the closet over the winter), the fridge too noisy for words (we unplugged it), the breakfast mediocre (and the buffet way too cramped) as for the coffee that came out of one of those machines that supposedly make any coffee you like, it was undrinkable. As I said, probably OK for 70 euro, absolutely NOT at 110 euro!
