Friendly and welcoming staff, and a great location! We were able to walk to so many local restaurants, shops, and spots nearby, which made exploring the area super easy and convenient.

Do not waste your money!

Do not waste your money on this hotel. The staff are rude and unhelpful. Most people use this place as a stop over with it being close to the airport but don't bother to even do that as they are completely incompitent and check in and check is painful.

Stayed for one night to break the journey from Ithaca home. Excellent hotel in brilliant location, beautiful old town with vubrant bars/restaurants in delightful flower covered ally ways.

Lovely Holiday

We stopped in this hotel for a week, room was always clean and tidy, breakfast was first class, all of the staff were helpful and polite. George was first class and looked after us all the time we were there. Pool was lovely and sun beds comfortable.
The town is lovely with lots of very good food and drink. Well worth a visit.
The only negative thing I would say is this is a transit hotel for the boat tours, so people are coming and going continuously.

Lovely on surface level

Currently staying here.
Hotel is lovely in the surface but has a few issues.
The main concern is currently the pools closed, and you hearing it off other guests, not off the hotel team themselves.
The pool area is very small and intimate. There is 14 loungers and the pool is about 10metres (at a push long). Very over crowded with children at times also.
The rooms are really good, lack storage if you’re staying more than a couple of days.
The bathroom in our room doesn’t match the level they’ve got the room at, very dated and old fashioned with a shower over a bath. Which on booking said a ‘bathroom containing a shower’ so be aware if walking difficulties. There is two lifts but getting to the pool area would be difficult for anyone with walking difficulties as steps downs and up to get there.
The location of the hotel is incredible. Right in the centre of preveza town, loads of amazing places to eat and drink and a few minutes walk of the harbour front. Location wise it’s amazing.
Our room wasn’t serviced properly over the weekend period with only bins getting emptied, and unfortunately in our case a cupboard door was broken whilst we were out and the door left lying on the floor.
Not a lot to do in the area of preveza unless you hire a car. As public transport is very few and far between and quite a distance away from the hotel.
