Excellent
In the center of the old town, clean and beautiful rooms! Nice breakfast, you can ask for eggs to be made the way you want them, at no extra charge, and of course coffee of your choice at no extra charge, in other hotels we stayed at these were charged. People very friendly and helpful!

Terrible experience: cleaning and maintenance absent, services nonexistent, and the rating completely misleading.
We stayed at this property as a pair and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing, well below what was advertised on the website page, where, moreover, at the entrance there was even a Booking advertising sign with a rating of 9.5 that was misleading to say the least.
Already upon our arrival, the management seemed surreal: an elderly man welcomed us without even asking for our documents for an official registration, limiting himself to having us write our ID card number on a loose sheet of paper. Besides there being no concierge service to help us with our luggage, we had to carry all the suitcases by hand up to our room because the hotel lacks an elevator. The reception turned out to be effectively non-existent for most of the time. In the morning there was never anyone, the hotel was deserted and there was no type of service, from the bar — present only as a structure but never active — to tourist assistance. The gentleman only showed up around 6:00 PM and would stay at a small table until evening, smoking one cigarette after another, leaving a strong and unpleasant smell of smoke throughout the hotel. As if that were not enough, he did not speak a word of English, making any type of communication for our requests impossible.
Once we entered the room, we immediately realized the poor cleanliness and the total lack of maintenance. There was a lot of dust on all the surfaces, and the air conditioner was so encrusted and dirty that you could see dust coming out of the filter area; it was also so noisy that it was unusable. The bathroom was in unacceptable condition: obvious mold behind the sink, encrusted faucets, a yellowed toilet with a completely rusted trash can, and a whirlpool tub with yellowed jets that made you want to do anything but use it. Furthermore, the window in the sink and shower area looked directly out onto the hotel's internal courtyard, eliminating any privacy if it was opened. The towel set was frayed and, along with the sheets, had several stains. The most serious issue was the presence of insects walking directly on the bed. To tell the truth, the linens were changed every two days and the trash cans emptied daily, but the general cleaning of the bathroom fixtures and the removal of dust left a lot to be desired.
We find it truly unfair that they charged the entire amount of the stay in advance without then wanting to hear any reason to accommodate us or find a solution to our complaints. Furthermore, despite our repeated calls, even Booking's customer service did not protect us in the slightest, leaving us in a facility that claims on paper a series of services that in reality are completely non-existent. Not recommended.

Terrible experience hotel closed after booking and payement
We booked and pre-paid our stay at the hotel and it was closed when we arrive at 5pm in the afternoon and no answers to our calls and messages for 3 hours. We even asked the next door restaurant to call the owner, without success.
It was late and we had to find another hotel quickly.

Disappointing
Humidity. Plasters are falling. Very dirty bathtub. Faucets full of salts. Uncomfortable and hard mattress. The stairs stank of cigarettes. And all this for 100 euros a night. The only thing to thank was the girl at the reception.

A total rip-off
I don't know how they define this as a luxury boutique hotel. Table light bulb without a switch and with exposed wires, stuck safe, dirty and rusty taps, ridiculous breakfast, owner who doesn't care and expresses himself in grunts and who I don't think I've ever seen sober, sink that makes showering useless because it splashes everywhere, bathroom door leaves a 2 cm draft, letting odors, rust and dirt go everywhere
