Fabulous boutique villa

An hour from Chania airport, only 5-10 min from Rethymno (taxi is 10-15 euro each way) in Gallos. Quiet and peaceful little village with a couple of mini- markets and a lovely great value tavern within 5 min walk. Very Clean with room cleanup. Every few days and a linen change every week, and has everything you need for a 10 day break. Pool is clean and enough subbed for everyone. Maria is available anytime and gave us lots of tips, including car rental that drops and collects the rental car. Can’t ask for more. We felt very welcomed. Fabulous for a restful holiday.

Fantastic accommodation and great Service!

We had a wonderful stay at Coconut Palm Paradise! The accommodation is spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. In the kitchen everything is available, all the utensils for cooking yourself and there is even a hairdryer, an iron and many other useful things.
We would particularly like to highlight Maria, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. We had left money and our passport in the safe, and Maria sent us everything promptly and safely, which was absolutely reliable and trustworthy.
We can recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to spend a relaxing time in Crete. Thank you for the great Service!

Fantastic small holiday complex in Gallos near Rethymnon.

Perfect holiday accommodation, modern apartments with all the trimmings, quiet location, nice pool, involved and very friendly hostess, good restaurant and a good coffee shop around the corner. For more entertainment, Rethymnon is nearby.

Coconut palm HELL

Terrible experience...
The managers are very rude and provided no decent solutions to our problem.
There is no blackout curtains as you get full sunlight inside of the bedroom from the clear glass door.
The bathroom was dirty and we were not supplied with enough soap and shower gel.
We booked for 2 nights but ended up leaving sooner due to the inability of the host to solve the issue themselves.
Luckily we got refunded by the booking platform for the last night (the managers refused to refund us)

In a word fantastic!

We stayed there for 7 nights at the end of June 2025.
One bedroom apartment on the ground floor number 103.
The apartment was super neat and modern finished. All necessary equipment provided, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, sandwich machine.
A really great shower.
Private parking space.
Overall everything was great!
Maria is present every day for questions or to give information if you wish, super friendly
Communication via the app with her works perfectly.
We can't help but give an A, truly paradise!
Maria, thank you again for an unforgettable holiday.
