We loved the hotel, it was in a convenient location, in a lovely neighbourhood. The bus stops to the beaches was near. And you can walk to old town in 15 minutes. The staff was really helpful, they helped us a lot on the transportation. The only negative thing was the tour guide, she didnt let us in the free walking tour just because we wanted to use google translate. That was a bit rude. But the rest was really good. Our stay was good enough for us

Excellent

The hotel is excellent, located in a very convenient location and we had no problem in parking in the area. The staff is polite and smiling, willing to serve. The rooms are very clean and tolerant. We strongly recommend it.

Perfect stay!

Our vacation in Rhodes was fantastic.
The choice of the Galaxias hotel in Rhodes was spot on. Elegant, simple structure and at the same time with a family atmosphere.
All the staff present at the property are very friendly and always available for every need!
The receptionists then... SUPERLATIVE! Always ready to help us in our daily life and to recommend the places where we can have lunch and the places to visit. A round of applause also to the guy at the bar, Klevi, always smiling and ready to satisfy our every wish and need.
Heartfelt thanks and a sure see you again.

Hotel staff are friendly and the room is clean, the bathroom is tiny though with no shower hook. The location is not ideal however, a run down part of the town quite a walk from the old town… a business man’s hotel I think. Ü

Ideal location for me as I like the short walk to the old town in the day and the nearby bars and restaurants for the evening.
