Great hotel, location!!
Perfect mid-range hotel by the sea. Both pool and breakfast, which is of high class. Magic sunsets from the balcony. Also close to walk up to town for shopping at Zara, Sephora, H&M and more. Very friendly staff. Choose sea view floor 4 or 5 in preference. The hotel can help with transfer, 15-20 min to the airport.

Very bad service!!!!!Rude resepsionist
First of all, we had to pay 70€ for each rom, turist taxes witch is fair enough but the resepsionist refused us to pay with card, so we had to take out cash. The cleaning lady is okay and nice, but the resepsionist woman is rude. The food is not great and if you want to buy lunch it is 5€ so we had order wolt for lunch everyday, we asked the staff were we could eat, but still the staff starred at us like we were doing something wrong. Also there is just 10sunbeds and every morning we wake up early to lay down and relax before the sun comes, because it takes a while, then the respsionist lady came over and asked why we were laying here and just was really rude. I would not recommend this hotel if you dont like bad service

Clean but worn hotel
The hotel delivers breakfast - not the one you look forward to most, but mixed selection. Buffet and always fruit.
The ladies are quick and cute to clean up nicely after guests.
I investigated from home if the hotel had a dryer
That's why I packed none myself - however I would recommend that you bring your own, as the hotel's not what I call a dryer

However, there is currently a construction in the nearby area, and therefore it is noisy all day. Just for info. I am well aware of this is not forever, but yet quite annoying
Fortunately we rented a car 3 days where we escaped the noise
The ladies are quick and cute to clean up nicely after guests.

Ideally located.
We stayed at the Riviera for seven nights in mid October. The communication prior to our arrival was excellent, any questions we had were answered quickly. The hotel arranged a taxi transfer for us from / to the airport.The hotel is located on the north west tip of Rhodes Town, directly opposite the beach. We had a third floor sea view room affording stunning views across to the Turkish coast, and the magnificent sunsets .Mandraki harbour from where you can take boat trips is an easy 15 minute walk, and the old town a further five minutes. The hotel is B&B only but innumerable bars, restaurants and shops are only minutes away. Yes the hotel is dated, but the accommodation, is spotlessly clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. There are also a pool area and bar. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Riviera for those wanting a relatively inexpensive base to explore Rhodes, with the bonus of amazing views.

A very nice cozy hotel. Helpful staff and clearly affordable. We stayed there 14 days and were very satisfied.
Very large and nice room.
Breakfast was fine. Good bread and everything you need. Maybe not the biggest variation one still quite okay.
