Villa with private pool
I am totally satisfied by my accommodation in the villa. The house is near the port of Sami. It was very clean every day and the hostess was very kind, friendly and helpful. The pool was very clean and beautiful. There was free parking space, big gardens with many trees, flowers , it was an amazing location, the beach was near the villas so you can walk till there.

The pandemic reveals the worst in some people
They tried to charge us 200 per day because I forgot to specify the ages of the 2 children while making the reservation. Fortunately, we were able to solve it through booking. However, I would not recommend risking your vacation with this business.

Villas Iiachtides are always open to moral people with good heart
I have never met you or guest you at my villas, so your review is a total defamation.
I have evidence which is our messages and they will be shown in order to prove that you lie and calumniate my business.
The truth is that you never came or even stepped in the villas. You made a reservation for villa "with garden view" and in order to not pay whole sum for 6 adults, you claimed that you are 4 adults and 2 kids with 0(? )age so you paid for 4 people and also with discount.
Then I suggested to put a baby cot for the kids and also I asked you how old are your kids but you refused to answer to me. Also you said that you wanted 3 big double beds for the children but I answered that none of the villas has 3 double beds as also you can see at the photos,never asked you for extra money
Then you said that your reservation is still valid but you threatened me that you would slander me on social media. A few days before the day of check-in, you asked for free cancellation which is illegal and in contrast with the booking policy and I suggested you to talk with a person from the advertising company with which you had made a contract.
Since then you had not contacted with me ,so I asked the cancellation of your reservation from the company and giving a sum for her payment.
I have never met you and you have never come at the villas. Villas Iliachtides is a family company which has been created with much hard work and love. We work over 12 years and more of 500 families have accommodate. I am very proud of my guests who all are very good people and many of them come more than twice. They respect the villas and I respect them too. I do all my best to create a wonderful environment for my guests because I admire their happiness for coming in Greece. In contrast, you do not even know us and you illegally defame my business for your personal, unknown ,dark reasons.
You should stop immediately this bad behavior otherwise you will receive many heavy sanctions.

Το καλύτερο κατάλυμα στην Σαμη !
Διέμεινα εγώ με την οικογένεια μου για 15 ημέρες. Ο χώρος βρίσκεται σε εξαίσιο σημείο πολύ κοντά στην πόλη. Ο πεντακάθαρος χώρος οι πολύ φιλικοί οικοδεσπότες σε συνδυασμό με την υπέροχη θέα και τους όμορφους εξωτερικούς χώρους έκαναν τις διακοπές μας ξεχωριστές. Εις το επανιδείν .

Ideal para vacaciones en familia
Estupenda casa con piscina, limpisima, preciosa, más q bien equipada y situada en un enclave ideal para visitar la isla ya q esta a poco rato en coche de todas partes y ademas los ferrys a Itaca salen del puerto d Sami 3 veces al dia. Volvería sin dudarlo si volviera a la isla. Panaderia/cafeteria y restaurante buenos cerca a 5 min a pie.
