Relax and Enjoy
I have been coming here for over 15 years and I just have to keep coming back - Tia is wonderful and always on hand to help. The sea is the clearest (you will probably need to bring some shoes to get in because it's battle with the stones but once you're in it's amazing) if you prefer a pool Tia keeps the pool spotless and some of the new rooms even have their own pools now!!! You don't need a car because the baker arrives every morning and you can buy supplies from the little shop in Balos but a car will allow you to see the rest of this beautiful island - Tia can help you with all this. It's a very friendly place many people we see again year after year and it's very clean. It is a quiet place so not the sort of place to go for wild parties although if you want bars Votsalakia is not far away. This place is best for getting away from it all, swimming and walking.

A shame owner is blaze and prone to unnecessary hurtful comments.
This hotel is in a lovely location, however the pool is freezing and covered in dead insects. There is no circulation in the pool or filtration to ease the coldness and get rid of insects bodies. The owner singled me out to take a shower before entering the pool because I had oil. I was actually doing this. I monitored during my stay if she would inform others but could see no correspondence of this nature. I felt singled out and it spoiled my stay. I was worried about putting oil on again. She even commented my back was burning, is it any wonder as I was too nervous putting oil on. She also seemed much more interested in the Dutch customers and showing off her new build. I was very upset by her throw away comment. It spoiled what could have been an enjoyable stay.

Super nice and fine
Super cozy hotelletje. Owner Tia super sweet woman, very helpful, also with everything we need to see or eat. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. You don't have to sit on the north side (touristy), south side super nice and fine, rent a car, you are so on the north side. In the street of hotel nice tents for food and drinks. Nice pool and by the sea with fine sunbeds. Highly recommended if you go island hopping. We have been there for 4 days.

Wonderful experience.
We stayed for 12 days at Princess Tia. What a wonderful experience. Tia’s team is so friendly and motivated. They do everything they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The facilities are really great. If you like to stay at a beautiful and peaceful location, we recommend you to visit Princess Tia at Balos Beach!

60th celebrations for a large group of friends
Lovely little hotel with a great view out over the sea. Rooms are lovely and kept clean by the staff. Great little bar area for breakfast and daytime food but not open in the evenings. The bar staff are brilliant especially Maria and Janus who looked after our group of 22 life long friends.
We attended to celebrate all our 60ths and the team all laid on a gala meal and made the night so special for us all. Loved my time there and would recommend it. The resort itself is pretty small with just 3 or 4 restaurants so a hire car to see the rest of the island is recommended although the local taxi driver gives a great and reliable service for the closer venues.
