Exactly What I Was Looking For

The hotel has a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to relax from the moment you arrive. Everything was spotless, the pool areas were always clean, and the staff were genuinely kind. It felt well managed and very comfortable throughout.

Absolutely not recommended

Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations in any way. Already on arrival we did not feel welcome, as the service overall was not attentive, not service-oriented at all and more concerned with collecting additional. Almost every request or request was answered with a “no” without looking for solutions or accommodating guests.
Especially disappointing was the hot tub, which we were actually very much looking forward to. However, this was much too cold and therefore practically unusable. After a technician was called in, he was apparently inadvertently turned off completely – after which the water was even colder than before. Unfortunately, there was no satisfactory solution or real accommodation.
In addition, there was an incident that was absolutely unacceptable to us: Despite the “Do not disturb” sign, someone was in our room. Afterwards we found that cosmetics were missing. This made us feel neither safe nor comfortable.
Breakfast was also disappointing. The quality and choice were very weak, much seemed scarce or insufficient. Even a reasonable coffee could not be obtained. In general, we had the impression that there were many things missing. In addition, the cleanliness in several areas left something to be desired.
In the end, we felt compelled to cancel our holiday early and book another hotel in order to recover at all. It was also particularly disappointing that even our complaints in retrospect did not lead to any insight or accommodation.
We really don’t wish such an experience on anyone – so unfortunately we can’t give a better rating.

Not worthy of a 5 star

Very badly received at the reception by a person in T-shirt and jeans, cocktail planned but not served, a room does not match our order, impossible to get our service. Dirty hallway, windows of rooms not cleaned for a long time
Breakfast, greeted by a non-chalent person, dirty table (we had to ask for a cleaning) mediocre buffet worthy of a 2 star in France, very bad experience with booking

Would Recommend Without Hesitation

This is one of those places where everything simply works well. Comfortable accommodation, excellent cleanliness, relaxing surroundings, and a team that clearly cares about its guests. It was an easy place to feel at home and one I would gladly recommend.

Relaxing From Start to Finish

The beachfront location gives the hotel a very calm feeling, and the sound of the sea made it even more enjoyable. The room was comfortable, housekeeping did an excellent job, and the service was consistently friendly.
