Best hidden gem in Firostefani
Our stay exceeded all our expectations. The location was perfect, walking distance to Fira, surrounded with multiple restaurants and stores. Room itself was designed with a balcony overlooking the caldera, honestly no need to go anywhere to enjoy the amazing sunsets. What really made our stay special was Flora, the owner/property manager, she was there every morning to make sure everything was ok and provided us her personal phone number in case we need something. In the mornings you can take breakfast in your room our in the terrace. Estella, the cleaning lady, was also very friendly with us, even though she doesn't English, we communicated very well. Hope we can return sometime in the near future- thank you for making our stay so special!

Incredible location, the house was clean had everything we needed, heated jacuzzi up fantastic views! The owner very welcoming and very helpful in everything we needed. The money we gave was little compared to what it offers.

Spectacular sunset and caldera view from a lovely villa
Best thing was the Caldera view from the villa and the stunning natural scenery and sunset on display, whether it be from the shared balcony or bedroom. Though the photos sold the villa to me, it is even more breath-taking in reality and dreamy. Hosts Flora and Yannis were great and gave a nice welcome. We even met Yannis’ sister. They were always available for any questions and help. Flora was good with responding to messages and made the experience seamless and comfortable.
They were very friendly and Flora would be there in person every morning to make sure everything was ok. Breakfast is served 8-10am and they are flexible on timings. Each day there are slightly different items, which keeps things exciting. Greek spinach pastry was crispy on the outside and nice and soft on the inside and we had to request it again on the final day, which she kindly accepted. Their granola yoghurt with sour cherry was a pleasant treat to accompany the soft croissants and bakeries.
The jacuzzi was really nice and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom was soothing, cosy and had good natural lighting. There is still enough space to do everything and the view is amazing. There is YouTube and other local channels on telly.
The mini bar was stocked with free soft drinks and chocolate bars and water daily, much to our pleasant surprise. The room had a nice traditional white curvy architecture but a calming aesthetic feel to it. We arranged a massage in the room through Flora which was very good and relaxing. Flora dropped us off to the meeting spot for drivers and activities herself, which was kind and gave suggestions of food spots too. It was close to the roads so didn’t require walking down steep stairs.
A pretty souvenir magnet of the villa and Santorini was gifted by Flora before departing, unique! I highly recommend this villa for the overall experience, friendly hosts and spectacular sunset and caldera views. Close enough to Fira but far enough for relaxation

Perfect!
Our stay at Aerino Villas was outstanding and exceeded our expectations- we truly loved everything about this property! Location was perfect and offered great views of the caldera, no need to go anywhere to enjoy the awesome sunsets. Room itself was spotless, well designed with a window overlooking the caldera. Common space included a hot tub, great places to sit and enjoy awesome views of the caldera and as noted the the famous Santorini sunsets. The property is great however what really made our stay special was the owner/property manager Flora- she is simply amazing and offered family like hospitality throughout our stay including showing up well before sunrise to ensure we had something to eat prior to our early flight the morning we left...what more can you ask for!? The other mornings of our stay started with a perfect breakfast and advice from Flora on the activities of the day. The fridge was also restocked every day with drinks and snacks. Flora and her husband also own the Greek/Mediterranean fast food restaurant right across from the villas, great food and awesome staff there too!
We honestly felt like family throughout our time at Aerino and hope we can return sometime in the future- thank you for making our stay so special!

Great stay in Santorini
Fantastic stay in Firostefani. Compact apartment with shared terrace and luxury touches. We really appreciated the towel robes, slippers and lovely toiletries. Amazing views and hospitality. Flora was a great host - friendly, helpful and welcoming. Included breakfast was varied and enormous. Lasted us through till evening.
