Perfect vacation

When we decide to go to Santorini, we always book this hotel, confident in the splendid location, the wonderful pool, the super comfortable rooms, and the precise and friendly service.

Drama

It was a tragedy! Hotel itself is dirty, the room even dirtier there are stains everywhere and it is rusted. Hygiene is a long way off! Outdated and covered in rust, the pool identical. We indicated this and were later moved to another hotel in imerovigili (far from fira) unfortunately this was also not a good hotel. Nice staff, only that's it. Breakfast was moderate to poor, we got trays that have not been cleaned! You pay a full price, but get little to nothing in return.

Beautiful view!!

Visited Santorini with my husband for the first time. Looking at the reviews for Alta vista the people were mentioning about the amazing views from the suites. That’s very true! Amazing views! And very relaxing. The suites are nice but needs some improvements and renovations. Staffs were very welcoming and helpful! Special thanks to Giannis for all the support. Very professional and welcoming! We had very easy access to the shopping streets! Restaurants around and 15 min walk to Fira high street were are more shops and plenty restaurants! Overall our stay was amazing! Santorini is beautiful wherever you stay but is more beautiful with an amazing view.

It was a terrible hotel.

Terrible hotel, zero cleanliness, I couldn't have breakfast because of the flies, there's one small pool that everyone shares, no sheets on the beds, they don't even provide water in the room, only the view is nice, the room isn't filling.
