Liked the property - Good staff & location, but spa perk not honored.
I stayed at and overall liked the property. The hotel is clean, good location in Fira (10-15 min walk to center), and the staff is friendly and helpful.
The only disappointment was regarding the spa. On Hotels.com it showed a spa perk included for all members as part of VIP / booking perks, but at the hotel they did not mention it at all. When we asked, they said it's only a 20% discount on spa, not the free spa access that was listed in the Hotels.com perks.
I wish they had honored what Hotels.com advertised or explained it clearly at check-in. Otherwise property is good value.

We (parents and adult children) stayed for 2 nights at the start of our trip and 2 days at the end. It is a fantastic hotel. I highly recommend it. So clean, so close to town and the facilities were excellent. Special mention to the friendly staff particularly Lia and Eleni who were always there to help. Thanks for an amazing few days !

if I could give 10 stars I would . Our experience was wonderful ! The staff was so accommodating : they gave us information on parking , walking , made special breakfast breads to acclimate my daughter’s severe nut allergy (without hesitation), gave us breakfast boxes for the early morning ferry and countless other things. This was my husband and I’s second time to Santorini and I would recommend the hotel to anyone. On this trip, we stayed in 6 different places in Greece and Bulgaria and this hotel was the best. I actually was sand pulling out of the parking lot as we waved goodbye.

Nice location close to FIRA center, tour pick ups and shops.
Room is clean and great breakfast options.

Absolutely stunning place staff especially fabulous beautiful hotel and rooms loved it handy for centre too
