Perfect
An absolutely exceptional experience at Cresanto. From the moment we arrived, everything felt perfect — from the beautiful design and attention to detail to the warm and professional service.
Our room was stunning, the facilities were impeccable, and the entire atmosphere was peaceful, luxurious, and incredibly relaxing. The staff were genuinely kind, attentive, and always happy to help.
Cresanto truly offers a level of hospitality that is hard to match. Every detail made our stay special, and we are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a truly unforgettable luxury experience in Crete.

Excellent value for money
We have been to more exclusive places but you have to evaluate the value for money which here I think is truly excellent in July
It is not on the Caldera, but the location is a 5-minute walk from the caldera in Imerovigli, so it allows you to go out on foot every evening to the caldera, without having to take an Uber, taxi, or means of transport.
Spacious rooms, very well-organized spaces, bathrooms with windows, double sink, toilet area separated by a door, quality porcelain stoneware finishes, spacious terraces, there is sun in the tub on the terrace from morning to evening, Nespresso machine in the room, large wardrobes with drawers, very comfortable bed. From our arrival, the sliding drawer of the bathroom vanity unit was not working, but without us reporting it, we were pleased to notice that it was repaired during our stay. Air conditioning working perfectly.
Friendly and professional staff.
Simple but good breakfast, especially the sandwiches, overall decent; one note that could be improved: the scrambled eggs were always not hot enough.
The buggy for luggage transport is convenient.
Large common pools (rare in Santorini) with good service (as soon as you arrive they bring you water in ice).
The sushi bar at the pool is delicious, compliments to the chef.
Good music at the pool during the day.
The gardens in the back are beautiful.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like family. A special shoutout to the concierge — she was incredibly helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to accommodate our large group's needs throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them.
Breakfast was a highlight every morning — fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented, a great way to start each day before wedding festivities.
The location is lovely and convenient for exploring Santorini's charm. One tip for future guests: getting around the island can be pricey with taxis, so we'd recommend renting a car for more flexibility and to save on transport costs.

Excellent experience that started as soon as we got there. Attentive service, incredible facilities, perfectly clean, and great location that's close enough to Imerovigli for anything you need but just separated enough for the hotel to feel like its own community. If I went back to Santorini I would definitely stay here again.

This is by far the best hotel in Santorini! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, especially the barman, who made our stay even more enjoyable with his friendliness and excellent service.
It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a peaceful vacation. The atmosphere is wonderful, the views are absolutely breathtaking, and every moment here feels special. During the last three weeks, I visited many hotels across Santorini, but none of them compared to this one.
The view is simply amazing, and I haven't even mentioned the suite yet—oh my God! It was more than wonderful. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, spotless, and extremely comfortable.
We are still enjoying shisha while relaxing at the hotel, and we love it. Sitting here, smoking shisha, and taking in the breathtaking views of Santorini makes the experience even more special and unforgettable.
