Incredible time at the Fenix Collection!
Just came home after a week at the Fenix Collection, and it’s safe to say we had the best time!
From the moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. They gave us lots of helpful information and even helped with our cases up to our room. The room was perfect for what we needed, and the beds were made and towels replaced every day.
The owner of the hotel is such a lovely, kind person. He always made time to speak to guests and made sure to give us a proper goodbye when we left, which was such a lovely touch.
The pool was beautiful and spotlessly clean, and we never had an issue getting a sunbed, even later in the day. The poolside bar was also fantastic, and the staff were more than happy to bring food and drinks over to you while you relaxed by the pool. ☀️
And if you’re a cat lover like me, you will absolutely fall in love with the mum cat and her babies who live at the hotel! ❤️ They came to our room every day and were so cuddly and friendly. It was heartwarming to see how well the staff look after them and make sure they’re fed.
The location was also superb for what we wanted. It’s only around a 5–10 minute walk to the beachfront, which is full of lovely restaurants and bars.
I’d also highly recommend hiring a quad bike — you can hire one directly opposite the hotel — and exploring the island yourself. It was such a fun way to see more of the area!
Overall, we couldn’t fault our stay and would absolutely come back. Thank you to everyone at the Fenix Collection for making our holiday so special! ❤️

Great short break stay.
On our short stay at Fenix Collection we were greeted by the owner and staff who were exemplary for the entire duration of our stay. Our initial room offering was a beautiful room but the shower was not that practical and this is due to the style of the room offered. Another room was offered before we even asked which was more practical.
The staff were very attentive to our needs and very friendly and helpful. We had a Hire car so could get around the entire island with ease.
The pool is area is great as its not a huge hotel, the pool bar offers a good selection of drinks, I would highly recommend the smoothies.
Breakfast is exactly what you would want when being away, there was a hot selection but to be honest its not something I opt for when being away.

Friendly hotel and gorgeous pool
We travelled with our 3 year old daughter and the staff couldn’t be more welcoming , they made such a fuss of her from the bar staff giving her crisps to the swimming pool janitor giving her biscuits on our departure . She was like a little celebrity walking around the pool and it made it extra special and the kindness didn’t go unnoticed.
The hotel is small and has a gorgeous pool which was probably one of the nicest pools I have had at a hotel .
Our room was dated but sufficient, my only gripe would be the cleaning to be to a slightly higher standard, there was some hairs on the floor on our arrival however that aside it was perfect for what we required .
The hotel is located on a very busy road so that is something to think about if your after a quieter room however we got used to the noise and it didn’t bother us too much . We walked each evening to the bars and restaurants and the walk isn’t too bad once you get off the main road bearing in mind we also had a stroller so would be even easier without.
The pool food was stunning and great for an easy lunch by the pool , the staff around the pool work extremely hard and very attentive .

The owner greeted us on arrival and departure which was a lovely touch that you wouldn’t get at a bigger chain hotel .
The lovely lady on reception sorted our boat trip out very efficiently and it was reasonably priced at €51 pp for the day.
All in all if you are looking to travel to Santorini on a budget and looking for a true Greek experience I would highly recommend this hotel .

Fantastic
What a beautiful hotel, stunning pool and great location.
We had a triple room which was a double bed with separate mattresses and also a full size single.
The owner, receptionist and bar and breakfast staff were exceptional, helpful, friendly, nothing too much trouble to ensure you have a lovely stay.
I would suggest you use the safe €15 for a week or take valuables out with you.

Brilliant hotel
Where do I start what a wonderful hotel bright rooms comfortable beds clean towels daily massive pool lovely breakfast every morning. The staff are amazing take the time to meet your every need good service from the pool bar day and night. Ideally situated to go to eat at the many restaurants nearby if not eating at the hotel on an evening. This hotel is great for solo travellers, families and couples could not rate it highly enough.
