Very good hotel with an excellent location!

The hotel only has two stars, a rating that is not fair considering the location, service, facilities, cleanliness, and the attention of its staff!

Mold in Rooms

Stayed here for 7 nights. On arrival, the room was not properly cleaned (hair on the floors and bathroom), which was already disappointing.
The bigger issue: there was mold in the room that I only discovered two nights before checkout. By day 4, I had developed headaches, fatigue, and respiratory discomfort, which I initially thought was travel-related. After leaving the room, my symptoms improved quickly.
Two weeks later, I’m still dealing with respiratory inflammation and have had to spend money on medical care.
Mold does not develop overnight, so this is a serious maintenance issue. What seemed like a cheaper option ended up costing far more in health and expenses.
Be cautious when booking.

I love this hotel especially the pool area. The staff were exceptional and always had a smile on their face. I will definitely send my clients to this hotel. Thanks again.

The location was brilliant, only a short walk to the centre of Fira.
The room was clean and spacious and the staff were very helpful providing recommendations and assistance throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again!
