Amazing Villa in Quiet part of the Island with great hosts and best views

A really great Villa with superb hosts! Very comfortable. Very clean. But really the best part is the hospitality from the host Nicos/Nick and his mother. Always there to help and as a tourist you couldn't ask for better local advise and assistance with any of our issues. They helped arrange activities, laundry, printing, car hire, almond milk you name it. It was never too much for them.
Another benefit is it is on the quiet part of the island. Santorini can be very busy. Being away from hustle and bustle of the towns but not too far that dinner and shopping could be done with a 10 min drive.

This is a wonderful property and even better hosts. The villa itself was clean, had a private pool and hot tub and was well equipped with a kitchen with food supplied every day for breakfast. The hosts were gracious and welcoming and very helpful offering to make arrangements for airport transfers, rental car, restaurants, etc. The views are outstanding and the sunsets every night were beautiful. I couldn't be more happy with my stay there and would stay there again if I have the opportunity to return. I can't thank Nikolai and family enough for an unforgettable vacation. You won't regret booking a stay in this beautiful villa!

Beautiful, Private Home Away from Home

My wife and I visited Santorini in October 2018, in the last week of their tourist season.
We selected Our Villa because of its caldera view, private amenities and personal hospitality.
Our expectations were greatly exceeded. We were simply blown away by everything about the property.
We stayed in the "upper" villa. The villa itself is very cozy. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was full-size and the three balconies all provided wonderful views.
This was our "kid-free" vacation. Had our kids been with us there would have been plenty of room for them in the loft bedroom.
Our hosts provided us with fresh fruits and other breakfast and light luncheon items each day. Items were replenished daily. The full-size refrigerator had plenty of room for items we bought.
There were two afternoons that we spent simply napping by the private pool, enjoying the breeze coming from the sea.
The private hot tub on our balcony looked right out onto the legendary Santorini sunsets.
If we travel to Santorini again we won't consider staying anywhere else. These pictures do not do the property justice.

The villa is located in a very quite neighborhood, it is new, spacious and very well maintained, just like in pictures. Breakfast food is VERY fresh, high quality and plenty, includes apples, oranges, peaches, kiwis, eggs, ham, cheese,yogurt, etc. Outdoor private pool and patio are facing the sea with great view. If you want to avoid crowd in Santorini and enjoy a relaxed vacation, Our villa would be a good choice, if we visit Santorini again, we will stay at the villa again. It is recommended to lease a car when stay at villa.

Perfect stay

We had a wonderful time. Santorini was the highlight of our trip and Our Villa was part of the reason. Nick and his staff are very friendly, and Nick is very helpful with answering any questions I had. We stayed in the upstairs Villa which is gorgeous. Didn’t feel the need to go to Fira or Oia to watch the sunset as our view was amazing. Having a pool and hot tub was perfect for the hot days and cooler nights.
Thank you Nick and team for a lovely stay.
