Gem for watching the sunsets from your own balcony.

This is a great set of suites that should not be overlooked. All the pictures are very accurate. It is a stack of small apartments of various sizes and kitchen setups. We stayed on the top 1 bedroom unit called the Nest with a minimal kitchen and FANTASTIC views from our exclusive balcony. We watched the cruise ships come and go and enjoyed the sunset with take-out from a local taverna. Be prepared for some steps, especially if you book the Nest, but nothing more serious than any where else in Santorini. Very centrally located, just a short walk down into Fira. Start the Fira to Oia hike right at the street entrance and knock a kilometer off the walk! Our host Kostas stopped by and chatted with us to be sure all was good and he sent us a number of links to his suggestions on eats and car rentals. Highly recommended!

Superb view of sunset & caldera

Superb view of sunset right from your private terrace-cum-balcony !
Host Kostas is very helpful host and provided much details about Santorini, particularly about places to visit/avoid and restaurants. In short he prepared a nice itinerary for next 3 days !

Best sunset and caldera views from own balcony

Wonderful experience in a cave apartment. quaint, spacious with personal touches ie. books. Best view of sunset&caldera from own balcony.Kostas is the perfect host, with good recommendations for dining&attractions. Yiannis was helpful with our luggage. All in all a wonderful special place in Santorini. Highly recommended!

Great Location and Beautiful Views!!

Have just returned from a weeks stay in the Romance studio. Yiannis was excellent with communication before we arrived and arranged transfer from the airport. Always on hand to ask if needed anything. Kostas met us at the studio and was very informative on places to visit and things to do. He arranged a sunset cruise on a small traditional boat with just 2 other couples which was an excellent way to spend our anniversary. He also helped with booking and restaurant advice. He was always contactable if any queries and there to advise. Thanks so much to you both!
Studio had everything we needed. Comfy bed, good shower, great A/C, kettle, coffee maker. Bottle of water was supplied every day and tea/coffee as required. Terrace was lovely with stunning views to the caldera. Ideal shade from the hot sun by the well established bougainvillea. Only issue was that it restricted some of the view. Would be perfect if cut back just a bit more!
Many steps down from the square at Firostefani to the property so would recommend help with cases if you have any! Worth it for the nice quiet location.
Hope very much to return soon and many thanks to Kostas and Yiannis again for making our stay so special!

Cute and Cozy Romantic Studio with a View!

Yiannis definitely took care of us with every detail of check in and check out. This made it easy to go from the port and then back down. Villa Fegari is located in Firostefani, between Fira and Imerovigli and made it an easy walk anywhere within 15-20 minutes. There are alot of stairs to walk so expect a work out. Their porter is available to help with your luggage which you will want and need. The studio itself is a small cozy studio with magnificient views. We loved having the cafe table and chairs just to sit and enjoy the sunsets and morning views. It really was a restful haven especially coming back from a long day tour. They have all the needed amenities for food but you'll want to go out to eat because the food is sooo good in Greece. Would highly recommend this place and for the price it was very reasonaable.
