Authentic Santorini Feeling

The cave-style architecture gives the hotel a unique atmosphere that really matches the character of Santorini. It doesn't feel like a generic modern hotel. Instead, it combines local tradition with all the comfort you could ask for.

Very Disappointing Experience – Misleading Booking and Terrible Customer Service
Unfortunately, our experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing. We booked and paid for a suite room, based on the pictures and description shown on the booking app. However, when we arrived, the experience was completely different.
First, we were told that we had to park in a public parking area and walk to the hotel, and when we needed help with our luggage, there was no response or assistance from the staff.
The biggest disappointment was the room. The room they showed us was nothing like the suite we booked or the pictures shown on the app. The pictures appeared to be from the newer part of the hotel, while the room we were given was in an old, separate part of the property. The room was very disappointing and, most importantly, had no window at all.
When I complained and showed them that the room did not match what was advertised, instead of trying to resolve the problem, they simply told me, “That’s the booking you made.” They then said that if we wanted a better room, we would have to pay additional money.
This felt extremely misleading and unfair. If the hotel is going to advertise beautiful suite rooms with certain pictures, guests should receive what they actually booked—not be given a completely different room and then pressured to pay more.
The customer service was basically nonexistent, and the way the situation was handled was very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you are booking based on the pictures and description online. Please be very careful and confirm exactly which part of the hotel and which room you are actually booking before paying.

Excellent Attention to Detail

The hotel pays attention to the little things. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, the amenities were always replenished and everything looked fresh and well cared for. It created a very comfortable environment throughout the stay.

A Place That Feels Genuine

Many hotels focus only on appearances, but this one also gets the important things right. Comfortable beds, spotless rooms, helpful staff and a peaceful setting all came together to create a stay that felt natural and enjoyable from beginning to end.

Very bad

Very bad experience.
Do not go there at all! I strongly advise against it.
Mediocre cleanliness.
Breakfast not fresh. Canned fruits and industrial bread.
The hot tub is dirty and boiling!
Avoid it!
