Spotlessly clean, comfortable, in a good spot

One of the cleanest accommodations I've been to. Very functional, quiet, comfortable, in a very good spot (center-out-of-center so you have peace of mind). With only a partial view of Chora. Correct and easy communication with the owner.

Highly recommended

We stayed in the two bedroom apartment which we really recommend. It is on the first floor and has a big terrace overlooking the street which gets the sun through the day. We didn’t hear any noise from other apartments and the street is pretty quiet. The apartment is well equipped and has everything that you need for a comfortable stay. It is kept spotlessly clean and is serviced every day. Big thanks to Claudia. The owner, Elias, is super helpful and hospitable. He welcomed us and spent lots of time telling us about all the best things to do on Serifos, including renting a car to get to the old mines at Mega Livadi. A fascinating place with a couple of very traditional restaurants right next to the beach. We had a great lunch at the Cyclops, including a traditional egg plant dish called Imam, which was amazing. If you drive around the island, watch out for the bee-eaters on the wires - there were loads of them in May. The walk to or from Chora is a good one and there is bus service on weekdays. Nice cafe in the Town Hall Square there - the one with blue tables. The walk from Chora to Kallitsos is challenging. It is overgrown with prickly vegetation and the route is not easy to follow in places. If you do it, take the inconspicuous descending trail to the right just before the junkyard.

Excellent stay

My friends and I visited the Astarti apartments in early July 2021 and we will definitely come back and recommend this place to everyone wishing to visit Serifos.
The rooms were very spacious, clean, and with a private kitchen and balcony.
The owner, Ilias, warmly welcomed us and provided us with all the necessary information about the island (beaches, restaurants etc).
We totally recommend this place !

Ideal lazy holiday location!

Ilias, picked us up from the port and showed us all the locations on the island which were worth a visit. Hired a car for a couple of days as buses were restricted. Beautiful clear blue waters great view from our balcony. Apartment was cleaned daily and hot water available all the time. Shops etc nearby. Great for strolling around and variety of restaurants even although end of season. You could sit literally at the water's edge and have a drnk or coffee whilst reading your book. Thanks, Ilias, for everything!!

Ideal location!

We were picked up at the port and given an overview of the island by the owner. The apartment was clean, modern and spacious. It was adequately equipped and although the balcony was on the small side it was large enough for 2, the views across the bay made up for the size! Livadakia beach, which we found to be excellent, is only a few minutes walk down the side street. Restaurants and shops are also only a few minutes walk. The apartment is in a peaceful location. Would have no hesitation in returning.
