Yoga retreat very stressful
The staff and crew are really nice (with exception of the ladies at reception)
Shout out to George, driver and jack of all trades, he will go to many lengths to make your stay special and memorable!
For people just learning, or have no experience with yoga, do not take this option. You will be expected to know everything and therefore learn nothing.
The scheduals between the yoga classes and other activities are so tight you can hardly catch your breath after climbing up the mountain in 30 degrees heat, before you have to eat breakfast and go on to the next activity.
If you want to relax, the Pink Palace is a lovely place to be. Just don't take the yoga option ;)
