Beautiful hotel

What a beautiful hotel! Recently renovated I am so glad I chose it. The staff are all very friendly and cleanliness is second to none. I have really enjoyed my stay here.

Relaxing friendly fantastic holiday

Absolutely lovely!

Well, what can I say?! Mila Sissi Bay is a fantastic hotel! The location is perfect - a short walk to tavernas and little shops, overlooking the sea down a quiet road. The hotel has only been open for a few weeks and over the winter months there will be ongoing improvements to the rooms, although they are already extremely comfortable, well equipped. The hotel staff are wonderful! Friendly and attentive and just lovely! Kathryn on reception is particularly lovely and was so helpful to us when I was feeling unwell and needed medical treatment. The food in the restaurant/bar was delicious! Highly recommend a Freddo Capuccino by the pool :-) We can also recommend Taverna Amelia nearby for a great meal and a lovely atmosphere. The reception staff are happy to help you book car hire or excursions and can recommend some great places to visit such as the Palace of Knossos and the Archaeological Museum in Heraklion which are both well worth a visit. We would definitely recommend the hotel and it’s worth upgrading to a sea view! Our balcony overlooked the pool and the sea which was a lovely place to sit with a book in the afternoon. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful place to rest and enjoy Crete from.

Our stay here was lovely, both as a base to visit other parts of the island and for a few days of quiet rest. Katherine made us feel welcome from day one and the pool bar staff, Jans and Inga, were smiling and friendly everyday, especially Jans at breakfast every morning. The room was very clean and bright and the daily room staff’s little touches delighted my girlfriend so much she had to take photos of the bed and her folded pyjamas! Lovely! The food at the hotel was always good, and while the pool bar was always quiet, the staff were always attentive and ready to help. If you want a quiet get away with a small harbour town close by for meals and a bit of shopping you really can’t go wrong and I would much rather choose this than one of the nearby large all inclusive complexes. The personal touch and the quality of the room and staff made this a fabulous week.

Perfect place to stay for a calm and relaxing holiday. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location with just a short walk to the centre of Sisi, with plenty of good restaurant options.
