Very friendly and welcoming but room improvements required as well as more frequent cleaning, bed and towel changes
We booked 2x split level Apartments for myself and my husband and my 2 adult daughters. There is a toilet upstairs with a sink and down stairs a toilet, sink and shower. Also a hairdryer upstairs. The kitchenette has a kettle , no toaster but a toastie machine and both needed a really good clean before we could use them. There were random plates and no bowls in our room but we borrowed from the girls room next door. We also had no teaspoons . The biggest issue we had is that we ran out of toilet paper twice, the rooms were never cleaned in the week we were there and no towel change or bedding change. The cleaner came in but only changed the bins and did no other cleaning and didn’t even go upstairs to change the bins the toilet.
The staff were lovely and very welcoming and the food in the restaurant was excellent.

The views earn the rating…
The views are the selling point of this hotel as it’s amazing views across Achladies Bay from the higher level rooms and from the pool/restaurant.
With the views comes the steep hill, which was fine for us, however anyone with low levels of fitness or mobility would not be suited to this hotel. The pool was lovely and most of the staff were friendly. However I assume the pool is shared for Agnadi and Azzuro next door(?) The owner of the other apartments was very abrupt and rude to us whilst sunbathing due to our towels not fully covering the sun bed from top to bottom meaning our bare feet were touching the sun bed. I’ve never known this rule in any hotel I have worked or holidayed at, however if this is a rule, there should be a sign to advise of this or to be told this on arrival, then we would have been aware and not been shunned away from the pool area like naughty school kids. Would have preferred to have been advised this in a polite way, not told off!
There rooms are ok. Safe was €15 for a week. Nothing major to complain about apart from limescale on shower-head and loose tiles around the shower, but we knew the accommodation would be basic anyway. We didn’t use any of the self catering facilities, so unable to comment on the standard as we are out. But do go without high expectations and you’ll be fine. Achladies is relatively low key, so we headed to the town or other resorts most days, taking advantage of a hire car to explore the island. This accommodation suited our needs as a base to explore from but we’d probably try somewhere different next time.

Amazing, would love to come back!
Lovely hotel, friendly staff and really nice pool! Bit of a walk up a hill to get to the hotel but definitely worth it for the view! There's also a small restaurant, where we had probably one of the best meals of our holiday and they served some breakfast too!

Lovely views
We loved our time at agnadi hotel.
The rooms are basic ,the kitchenette is very basic ,but we don't cook so this was not an issue for us.
Our only negative was the two beds pushed together as frames were wood ,and comfortable.
Views were outstanding, pool a lovely place to chill.
On site restaurant ,lovely food and lovely staff .
And george was friendly and helpful, if we go back to skiathos we would stay again.
Tips...the hill is steep but not a long climb if you use the stairs.
The local shop is a hike,but spend 25 euros and the owner will drop you and your shopping off at the hotel.

Requires improvement,
Having stayed here before in 2019 we decided to come back as we enjoyed it so much,
On arrival we were allocated our room, top floor apartment, first impressions were very disappointing,
Kitchenette, old and tired, cutlery and pots&pans looked like a mish - mash of what came out your grandma’s house!
Drainer and sink we had to clean ourselves before it was fit to use, along with the shower room sink unit. Not really fit for purpose, especially with 4 guests.
The upstairs en-suite WC and basin looked like it had not been cleaned since several previous occupants,
We shut the door and didn’t use.
We did tell the manager and it was cleaned 2 days later.
Definitely cleaning standards are very poor.

The pool and area surrounding the pool is new and superb, new sun beds and parasols, it’s kept beautifully.
