Good value stay for the mid June

The location is perfect, close to everything, restaurants, shops, car rents. Port or bus station (5 min). Be advised that the access from the bus station, the shortest one, is via steep staircase. The room was OK, with a tiny shower room, equipped with a fridge and AC. Bed comfy for good night sleep, but as the room was facing the narrow road with the traffic I had to have the window shutter close all the time, which significantly reduce the noise level . The pension adjoins a pension Eliza, both share the garden, the breakfast room and WIFI. WIFI is weak in some parts of the hostel. The breakfast for pension type accommodation was sufficient and good, jut cold items, juice, tea and coffee.

Okay for quick stopover

My wife stayed at this pension for one night during July of 2019. We just needed a room for one night as we were on our way to the nearby island of Alonnisos for an extended stay at a family home. The room was clean but basic, which was fine for our needs. The two people we interacted with were cordial and efficient, though it did help that I spoke a bit of Greek. As for the value, the price wasn't bad given that room costs in Skiathos Town aren't economical in the middle of the summer. We would stay here again in a pinch if need be, but again only for one night.

Great location but very poor value for money

Much more modest than on booking.com photos. Street view rooms are very noisy, no balcony. No basic amenities such water glasses etc. Management horrible (if you manage to find them), can’t speak any other language besides Greek, very difficult communication. Positive sides: clean, in the town center. If we had not paid in advance, we would not have stayed here.

Incubo ad occhi aperti

Dopo aver visto le foto delle camere su booking abbiamo prenotato qui una quadrupla, ma le foto non corrispondevano al vero. Dopo due giorni siamo scappati. Stanza/ topaia minuscola, lenzuola e asciugamani con macchie gialle. Bagno fatiscente con rubinetti arrugginiti. Negli angoli della doccia 2 dita di sporco incrostato con la tenda ammuffita. Puzza di gabinetto in tutto l hotel. Lo sconsiglio con tutta me stessa. Più che pessimo e nemmeno economico!

Non lo consiglierei nemmeno al mio peggior nemico

Prenotato una quadrupla per la mia famiglia. La cuccia del cane sicuramente sarebbe stata più grande e comoda.
Dopo la prima notte abbiamo litigato col
Proprietaria chiedendo uno sconto visto che 100€ a notte per una topaia del genere sono veramente eccessivi. Non volendo contrattare nessuno sconto ci ha buttati fuori con due bambini.
Camera da 4 di 10 metri quadrati con un bagno che definire decente è troppo.
La pulizia non sanno nemmeno cosa sia.
Lenzuola sporche non so di cosa.
ATTENZIONE CHE IL GESTORE DI QUESTA PENSIONE NE HA ALTRE 6 E PARLANDO CON I RAGAZZI CHE SOGGIORNAVANO NELLA PENSIONE ELIZA (di fianco a butterfly) i problemi erano gli stessi.
CONSIGLIO DI DORMIRE ALTROVE CHE QUESTO GESTORE PER I PREZZI E QUALITÀ DELLA STRUTTURA VUOLE SOLO PRENDERSI GIOCO DEI TURISTI.
