Staff were very helpful and kind. Airport shuttle was very convenient. Breakfast simple but good. Incredible views from the rooftop veranda. Room was great and clean.

Good cheap base for stopover night before ferry to Skopelos. Martha collected us from the airport and showed us to our room, providing directions to the port & nearest beach. Room was basic but clean, unfortunately towels had stains and the toilet was scaled. Toiletries provided which was helpful, aircon worked and there was a fridge. Nothing to complain about and a great lvoation

Too expensive for this category

Clean rooms and great transfer, but highly overpriced with minimal effort
We stayed here during high season and left with very mixed feelings. On the positive side, the included transfer service worked seamlessly, the room was kept clean, and the views from the roof terrace (and some rooms) are lovely.
However, the value for money is extremely poor. We strongly felt that the property simply takes advantage of its convenient location near the port and airport to squeeze out the absolute maximum profit during peak season, charging completely inflated and overpriced rates for these basic, tiny rooms. At around 150-160 EUR per night, the room standards are nowhere near what you would expect at this price point. The rooms are cramped, and the bathroom setup is as basic as it gets - featuring cheap fixtures and a shower curtain with visible mold spots.
The breakfast policy follows the same pattern of maximizing revenue. While 10 EUR per person might sound affordable at first, it is clear that profit margins are prioritized. Even small children, who consume almost nothing, are charged the full adult price, which feels surprising for a country otherwise so welcoming to families. For a much better breakfast option, we strongly recommend heading to Green Bus Cafe instead.
Overall, while the clean space, nice view, and transfer were appreciated, the extreme room pricing and commercial attitude leave a bitter taste. 2 out of 5 stars.

Very polite helpful hosts. Room was very clean and views over the town down to the marina. Little bit of a steep climb to apartments but pick up is available. Would definitely recommend

amazing stay !! from the transfert to the airport, they have been so nice and adorable ! it's a very nice cozy place to stay, very calm, with an amazing view in the terrace. i recommend 100% ☺️ thank you again !
