Tranquility and comfort
Villa Teozenia turned out to be one of the best places I have ever stayed in twenty years of traveling among the Greek islands. The accommodation enjoys an enviable and very quiet location on the hill of Achladies, just 500 meters from the beach of the same name, and is reached by a steep paved climb of about 300 meters that starts from the Belvedere hotel. The facility also offers convenient free parking shaded by trees for cars and scooters. Our studio was really comfortable, equipped with windows with mosquito nets, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen equipped with the essentials for breakfast and meals. The highlight of our room was definitely the balcony furnished with a table and chairs, from which we enjoyed an enviable view of the sea, a beautiful setting for our breakfasts and a couple of dinners. The cleanliness proved to be impeccable, with a complete change and tidying every three days and daily garbage collection. Another added value of Villa Teozenia is the extreme kindness of the owner Teo, who offers a very convenient free transportation service to and from the airport; through him, it is also possible to rent cars or scooters with delivery to the villa and pickup directly at the villa upon departure. If you want to have a pleasant vacation focused on tranquility and comfort, go to Teozenia.

Great stay in Skiathos
We stayed at Teo's for 5 nights .. the structure is very pretty, at the top with a large terrace and sea views. Simple apartment but with everything you need. The structure is high so you can access it either by car, or on foot via long stairs .. but doable even with a small child. Thanks Teo for the availability, also to your family. We will definitely be back

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE
Aparthotels with spacious rooms, very clean, weekly change of towels and sheets.
We had the sea view room and it was worth the small surcharge. Teo is really nice and helpful and his parents likewise.
Slightly outside Skiathos port for those seeking tranquility and silence, we were there we took a walk in the confusion but at night we only heard silence.
We will definitely be back

Villa Teozenia is located in Achladias, the southern center of the island, about 7/8 minutes from the town of Skiathos, with a good location at bus stop number 10 which provides a shuttle service.
Quiet location, the area where the structure is located is a little further inland from the road (approximately 300m) and therefore very quiet.
Well-maintained structure, offers shuttle service from the airport or port, cleaning and change of linen and towels.
The structure takes its name from the two brothers who manage it, Teo and Zenia.
We took a studio apartment with kitchenette for our holidays, really nice and welcoming.

Very nice place
We stayed 12 night at Teo's place. Everything was really good. Rooms are clean and practical, balconies have a beautiful view. There are no noises around, just owls and unidentified animals. We really enjoyed our stay.
