Perfect family or romantic holiday spot
Climati Studios is in a superb location for a family or romantic holiday. There are several beautiful white pebbled beaches within 5 min walk. Hosts - John/ Giannis and his wife Margarita, are amazing. They helped us with so many of our requests - starting from bringing some local vegetables to finding a car to rent on a budget and helping with airport transfer. Cleaning of the house was superb and performed every 3 days (all the sheets and all towels changed).
There are 4 or 5 places to eat nearby and there is a small grocery shop. Giannis is around every day and happily provided us with various vegetables at good prices from Volimes.
Hosts also helped us with getting a rental car straight from our location mid-way into holiday (which would be a hassle otherwise as to pick up the car you need to travel to the airport and drop it off there at the end). Very thankful to Giannis for taking us to Zante and to Volimes - big local village, for fiesta.
Giannis produces his own olive oil and wine - a bottle of which was always in the house and topped up every 3 days. On the way back home, purchased 15 litres of the oil as it was one of the best olive oils we tasted on the island.
To summarise: amazing hosts, excellent service, superb location whether you rent a car or want to stay local. Wishing all the best to Climati Studios and hope to return one day. Thank you.

Close to Quiet Beaches
The best thing about Climati Studios is their probity to the sea and a couple of small, quiet beaches. The studios themselves provide typical holiday accommodation. Within walking distance are several good restaurants and a mini market.

Lovely little rustic hideaway apartments
We stayed for 5 nights whilst visiting friends who live on the island. The studios are simple, clean and all have sea views. We had breakfast on the balcony every morning over looking olive groves and a panaromic view of the Ionian Sea. Supermarket Marakis is a stone’s throw away on foot for fresh bread, cheese and fruit and very nice local wine which is also opposite El Sueno, which boasts an al fresco octagonal terrace with private bathing area and steps into the sea. Directly opposite the apartments is Climati beach, an aquamarine coloured inlet as calm as a lake where we swam each morning in perfect tranquility and privacy. Thoroughly recommend this northern part of the island for an array of lovely restaurants and variety of beautiful beaches.

A summer break
Following knee surgery we had to delay our trip. The owner was very understanding and allowed us to rearrange our visit without extra cost. Thumbs up to him!!
The location is excellent, lovely sea views and plenty of opportunities to use local facilities.
You need a car ( be careful who you use), a nice welcoming gift of fruit local olive oil and home produced wine .
The apartment (for two) is basic but good value, no worries. You can visit nearby mini markets for what you need or travel further to visit a supermarket. But why not support the locals!!!!

Excellent place to stay in Zakynthos!
Climati Studios is an excellent and quiet place to stay if you would prefer to be away from all the very touristic areas and to enjoy the sea and nature and listen to the cicadas in the morning and crickets in the night! The room was very clean and spacious with an amazing sea view! The kitchenette was very useful for us, so we could prepare a nice greek breakfast with eggs, tomato, cucumber, feta cheese, olives and crisp bread with oregano and olive oil (we had in the room delicious olives and olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper and the supermarket was just a 5 mins walk). We did not rent a car as some of the most beautiful beaches of the island are very close to Climati Studios (Climati Beech, Agriosikia, and Makris Gialos). We also took a boat from Makris Gialos to visit Navagio Beach and Blue Caves! Another day we walked to Xigia beaches, which were also beautiful (that was around 1h walk). The wine produced by the owner was also fantastic! We really enjoyed our holiday, so we hope to visit again Zakynthos and stay at Climati Studios!
