Very nice guest house
We stayed in the basic, but pretty roof triple room with a beautiful terrace looking the sea.
The owners are ok and helpful. I suggest them to put some courtains to have a deep dark in the morning.
I recommend this place for cleaning, peaceful and reasonable prices.

Lovely little place
I booked whilst still in the uk via email and Andreas made it so easy.
The family are lovely and the rooms are perfect.
Large size. Everything you need and perfectly clean.
I would defiantly definitely recommend this place to everyone x

Just perfecy
Here we paid a very reasonable cost for a basic but clean and well presented studio and just loved it!
Hosted by a wonderful Greek family who are always on hand to offer local knowledge or help.
Great location in the north within walking distance to some fab little restaurants all of which are traditional and not a tacky English place in sight! . Check out Nobelos- fabulous food!
We'll definitely return!

Absolutely brilliant in every way.
The Accommodation - After driving down a short drive way lined with olives trees the studios is located near to the sea which gives the eye fantastic views. It is so very clean, the air conditioning and wifi (good connection speed) is faultless and Andreas and his family are so kind thoughtful and welcoming and helped us with every question and request. They provide a really delicious buffet breakfast for only €6 per person available from 8am-11am, a great way to start the day.
Getting around - Before we went I had been looking into the north of Zakynthos and getting around the island and I had read that a car/moped would be essential. This is very true and I would highly suggest that if you really want to explore the best bits of the top I the island hire something. We hired a moped/scooter which was AWESOME. Andreas sorted it out for us and a guy delivered it the night we arrived for €25 a day, SO WORTH IT.
Food and Drink - There are a really good handful of places to eat in Agios Nikolaos especailly La Storia which specialises in fresh fish and traditional Greek Cuisine. If your looking to get wasted and dance on tables, this not the place unfortunately but for a few beers or a bottle of wine it definitely is.
I would so highly recommend Fexulis because we had such an amazing time and it was the perfect base to explore the idyllic beaches, views and restaurants of the island, would 100% stay again.
