Accommodation with quality, level, warmth!!!

Very good location close to the country and the good beaches, quiet, clean with polite workers. In the olive trees that shade the parking lot. He wants screws in the WC windows

Complete incompetence

We booked this hotel in april, we received a confirmation that everything was booked, didn’t think more of it. Fast forward to a couple weeks before we are about to leave, I call to double check that everything is in order, to which the owner responds with, we don’t have a booking for you, and we have no rooms left. Panic and frustration set in as I repeatedly say that he has to sort the problem caused by his hotels booking system to which he takes zero accountability or responsibility for. He suggests that he tries to find an equal hotel with the same standard, but does not give any suggestions, I offer to help find suggestions to which he takes offence at the way I’m speaking, which under the circumstances I’m actually quite calm and collected, but understandably not happy about the situation! Then I get told I won’t be helped anymore because I’m telling him he has to do something to correct this mistake made by his hotel! Completely incompetent owner that deflects problems created by his hotel and does not know how to deal conflict, easier dealing with a 2 year old.

Friendly, helpful family operated business

From the moment we where picked up from the port, we where greeted by the family.
Helpful and knowledgeable - Akris recommended places to go and see and do without being overcharged.
Artemis Bungalow’s are a place to relax by the pool, pick some cherries or
Plums, swing on the swings and chill out.
Highly recommended.
