Lovely owners

Good location close to Skopelos Town, supermarkets, petrol station and Stafilos.
Good size swimming pool and garden and good Wi-Fi.
The room was spacious with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. Kitchen is small but decently equipped.
Owners are very friendly.

Reasonably priced apartment for Skopelos with great views of the town

The grounds were lovely and very well maintained. The pool was great and the views from the balcony of Skopelos town were lovely. The property was close to supermarkets and a bakery. The owners very kindly dropped us off in town on our leaving day.
However the property was a 15 minute walk away from Skopelos along a busy road without a pavement. Ok for adults but not with small children at night when dark. The pool area operates a 'common silence' between 3pm and 6pm every day, which was difficult to explain to our 6 and 4 year old daughters. Children are not allowed to run around on the grass or wear sun cream. This made us feel on edge.

It is what it is

Pleasant but very basic. Nice pool. Owners speak no English. No kettle. Owners will pick you up from the ferry if you organise it with them. Next to the main road but not too noisy. Can walk into town and 5 euros taxi ride back.

Μέτριο??

Σίγουρα χρειάζονται ανανέωση οι πετσέτες ( έχουν γίνει σκληρές λόγο παλαιότητας ) .
Πρόκειται για μια Οικογενειακή επιχείρηση με όλα τα καλά και κακά που συνεπάγονται από αυτό.
Θα δείτε τον ιδιοκτήτη να πλένει το αυτοκίνητο στην είσοδο των εγκαταστάσεων, να το παρκάρει στην καλύτερη σκιά. Την ιδιοκτήτρια να κάνει το πρωί βουτιές στην πισίνα.
Οι ώρες κοινής ησυχίας το μεσημέρι 3 με 6 τηρούνται ευλαβικά (καλό για αυτούς που κοιμάστε τα μεσημέρια αλλά...) με αποτέλεσμα εάν εχετε παιδιά και είναι παραπανω θορυβώδες καλύτερα να αποφύγετε την πισίνα.

Ευχάριστη διαμονή!

Μείναμε μια μέρα στο ξενοδοχείο οικογενειακώς 4 άτομα δύο ενήλικοι και δύο παιδια.καθαροι χώροι,ωραία πισίνα σε τοποθεσία κοντά στη χώρα.το δωμάτιο μας έβλεπε στη πισίνα καθως και στο νησί!ευγενεστατοι οι άνθρωποι του ξενοδοχείου.μια value for money επιλογή.
