Very good accommodation

Very clean room, equipped kitchen where you can easily cook. Two steps from Kythira town, about 7 minutes. Very helpful owners, informed us about the best spots of the island. And the price is amazing!!

Excellent accommodation! Very spacious, extremely clean, well equipped, air-coned room. The garden has local plants and is set at a quiet location. The owners are super nice: polite and discreet. It’s a mix of couples & families, which can be an issue but not a big one.

Fabulous location near Livadi

We stayed at Giannikas for four nights. Very high standard of accommodation, very clean, run by a super friendly couple, Nick and Maria. Close to the southern beaches and town of Chora & Kapsali. Livadi is a couple of km away with restaurants, bakery and supermarkets. Very reasonable prices

Wonderful stay!

Our trip to Kythera was one of our best to the Greek islands! The accomondation at Giannikas Apartments was one of the reasons. Quite place, extremely clean and very spacious room, with 2 hosts who reminded us why we, the Greeks, are famous for our Philoxenia. Definetely we will stay there on our next visit to the island.

The location is so quiet and relaxing and the apartment was super clean!!!
Maria and Nick, the owners, are just the nicest -- very friendly, accommodating and will make your stay hassle free. Nick and Maria, we love you and will come back to see you again!
