Exceeded expectations, will be back for sure.

Just returned from this property in Kolymbia Rhodes and loved it. We stayed in room 113 which is a spacious 2 bedroomed apartment with a large private pool. The accomdation was spotless and had all the facilities needed to self cater. We also loved the roof terrace we had access to for dining. The property has a supermarket right next door and e bikes/ scooters also. This was a great way to get into the village which is 5 mins away by e bike or 20 min walk. Petros our host was a fabulous man and very interactive on whatsapp for any questions we had. He provided us with loads of in formation of how to spend our time on the island. Only negitives to this property is that its located on a cross roads so traffic can be loud when in the private pool area but we were not bothered as toobusy enjoying ourselves. The aircon couldnt keep up with the heat so we bought a fan in the supermarket next door which helped. I highly reccommend this property for anyone with a family or 2 couples looking to self catering and would like the wow factor of having a fabulous private pool at a very afforable price. The comunal pool was also lovely. We will most definitly return.

The room has no windows you can see out of - and it says so nowhere

Read this before you book. We paid EUR 1,050 for four nights in the "Deluxe Suite, 2 bedrooms, private pool and pool view". The room has no view. Every window and the balcony door is frosted, opaque glass. You cannot see out. Not at the pool, not at anything, not by day and not at night. None of this is stated in the listing and none of it is visible in any photo. The private pool sits at street level against the car park, separated by a low wall, beside the main road through Kolymbia. Stand up and you are effectively in the car park, and everyone walking in and out passes you. It was also so heavily chlorinated that we could not use it. An electrical socket was hanging loose out of the wall with the wiring exposed. Paint is blistering along the skirting and the room smelled of damp under heavy air freshener. Discoloured shower screen and curtain, dirt around the toilet base, rust at the shower threshold, a stained sofa, dead insects in the doorway. No insect screens, so the window cannot be left open. Before arrival the property required us to send photographs of our passports via WhatsApp. We reported all of this on the day we checked in and have timestamped photos of every point. The property replied that everything matches the description. The listing photos are professionally taken. They do not show this. If you are still considering it: demand a photo of the windows in your specific unit, taken today, before you pay. For the same money there are far better and newer hotels right on the beach around Rhodes. Keep looking.

Good stay.

Welcoming owners. Accommodating check-in. Accommodation with many advantages: square footage, equipped kitchen, washing machine.... Beautiful pool and lounge chairs that made the children happy. Pedros was kind until checkout. We had a shuttle issue for the return to the airport, he helped us by calling a taxi at our request.

A cozy and fun place to relax

We visited paradise garden as a family of three and loved eveything. It was most definently a good place to relax and enjoy as it was equipped with almost everything you may need. The host was very kind and fun and helped us with anything we needed. It’s a must visit if you are travelling to Rhodes and need time to relax. It is close to a supermarket and you can visit some tourist attractions along with beaches as well. Overall it was a cozy place to relax.

A lovely holiday, the villa just needs some care.

Just returned from a week stay here. Not bad but wouldn’t stay again, however overall we had a lovely holiday!
PROS
Check in and check out very easy, good communication via WhatsApp and sent us recommendations of things to do/local supermarkets etc.
Good size villa which was fairly clean, 3x double beds. Big fridge freezer and provided plates, cutlery, chopping board, pots and pans etc.
5 or 6 sun loungers and some floaties were left for us too. There was also some kids beach toys that we were told we could use from Reception which was very handy!
Lots of parking, parking also very close to the villa. Supermarket right next door
CONS
Not much to do within walking distance - definitely rent a car if you come.
There was rubbish in the bushes and a random sock on the bush that we immediately noticed on arrival.
No dishwasher as advertised.
The “atmospheric private roof terrace” is absolutely not atmospheric at all, just an empty space with a satellite dish and very wobbly railings (did not feel confident about my toddler being up there). “You can enjoy dinner by starlight on the roof” - table chairs are downstairs so also not true.
“Stream your favourite tv or movie show” the TV doesn’t connect to WiFi.
The shower was mouldy and we also noticed mould in the pool. The BBQ really isn’t a BBQ but just a metal frame with leftover coal in it from the previous holiday makers. No cleaning products, just a sponge and cloth so be prepared to buy your own.
Absolutely no shade in the outdoor area past midday. The parasols are locked into the ground so they cannot be moved which is inconvenient.
I think there is so much potential for this place, at a first glance it does look lovely and we did enjoy our stay, but so many small details let it down.
